Auren Rx offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections through an online assessment. Its shared GLP-1 page advertises a $149 subscribe-and-save plan and a $179 monthly option, including a visit, medication, supplies and shipping. Because the page presents a medication selector with a shared headline, confirm the amount for the drug and plan actually chosen rather than assuming both selections cost the same.

The site advertises the same price at each dose, included dose adjustments and ongoing clinical support. It separately markets a lower-priced microdose program; that is not the same offer as the standard plan. The earlier molecule-specific prices recorded above remain historical observations pending a confirmed selected-plan quote.

Named partners with a disclosure mismatch

The homepage FAQ names Wasef Health, PC for clinical services and VialsRX in Houston as the pharmacy partner. The terms instead describe access to providers through Beluga Health, P.A. and affiliated entities. This may reflect different arrangements, but the public pages do not resolve which applies to a new patient. Ask who will actually prescribe and dispense your medication.

The FAQ advertises service across all fifty states with treatment and fulfillment restrictions. That is not proof that every formulation is available in every state. The refund policy says the initial visit is free and a membership charge follows a prescription decision, communication of the care plan and your choice to proceed. Memberships are month to month. Cancellation through the account or support stops future charges, while fees already paid are nonrefundable. The policy also permits turning off automatic payments and retaining secure messaging while on demand.

Medication and fulfillment are included when using the Auren pharmacy network. If you move the prescription to a local pharmacy, the membership no longer includes that medication cost, so the total may change. Confirm that trade-off before requesting a transfer. Auren makes several inclusions visible, but the clinical-group mismatch and selected-plan bill should be settled before payment.
