How the desk earns
Some of the outbound links on this site are affiliate links. Click one, sign up with a provider, and we may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra — the price is the same as going to the provider directly. That money funds the tracking, the re-verification of prices and supply, and keeps the brief free to read.
Assume any provider pays
To keep it honest, treat every provider here as one that may compensate us. We do not parse which relationships are commercial and which are not. The whole desk runs on reader support.
The score never moves
A commission buys no points. Every provider is scored on the same six weighted factors, set out in our methodology. A provider that scores poorly scores poorly, whether they pay us or not. Compensation cannot change a Brief Score, and it never changes a price.
What compensation does move: the order
On the score-ranking, desks we have a commercial relationship with are listed first, and the rest follow. Within each group the Brief Score decides, and the score itself is identical either way — a commercial relationship moves the row, never the number, and the number is printed on the row so you can check. The price-sorted rankings are the exception and carry no advantage for anyone: they run strictly on each desk's published figure, low to high, and an automated test flips the partner flag across the whole roster and requires those rankings to come out identical. We say it here rather than leave you to infer it.
Editorial independence
What we cover, how we rate it, and what we say about it is our call alone. No provider gets approval over a review, a score, or a headline. What compensation can touch is promotional emphasis — a spotlight slot or a featured card — never the judgment underneath it.
What the relationships look like
Our commercial links run through affiliate networks that connect publishers with providers. We are not a medical provider, pharmacy, or telehealth company, and we are not tied to any provider or drug maker beyond standard affiliate agreements. We do not cover the whole market — the providers we review reflect our editorial priorities and reader interest.
