The desk · Price wire · Prices re-checked August 2026
The cheapest GLP-1 right now — and which prices moved.
Anyone can print a list of low prices. The question that decides your year is whether the number is still there next month. Every line below carries the desk's tracker direction since the last check — 5 of 536 providers moved since our last check.

Prices are each provider's public disclosures at last check (August 2026) and move fast — confirm before you buy. The Brief Score is our own and is printed unmodified; no provider can buy a point. This wire is ordered purely by disclosed price. Assume any provider we list may compensate us when a reader signs up — the number printed beside it is unchanged either way. See the disclosure.
What moved since the last check
5 of 536 providers changed their published line; a further 36 held and 495 are first readings. That ratio is the real headline of a price page: the GLP-1 cash market is no longer in free-fall, and the movement that matters to your budget is now mostly happening inside contracts — first-month promotions resetting, commitment tiers expiring — rather than on the price page itself.
- Fallingprice fallingEden
Re-read 28 August 2026 and restated: Eden advertises compounded semaglutide at $99/mo and tirzepatide at $199/mo, but its own footnote says medication cannot be bought without an Eden membership that costs $39 the first month and $99/mo after — so the real monthly cost is $198 and $298. That is below the $239 and $349 we carried before, so the direction is down even after adding the fee back in. Brand-name Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro ($1,399/mo) and Wegovy ($1,695/mo) are sold here too. Semaglutide $198/mo all-in — $99/mo for the medication plus the $99/mo Eden membership it cannot be bought without ($138 the first month, when membership is $39); compounded.
- Fallingprice fallingShedRx
Its lowest tirzepatide rate is $239, and that needs the 12-month commitment; the one-month rung is $299. Semaglutide $199/mo on the 1-month plan · $179/mo on 6 months · $159/mo only on a 12-month commitment (all plans carry a 2-month minimum).
- Risingprice risingHims & Hers
App-first reach is nationwide, but compounded supply has drawn industry-wide scrutiny. Semaglutide $199/mo.
- Risingprice risingHenry Meds
Flat-fee pioneer, but its line has drifted to the higher end of the tracker. Semaglutide $249/mo.
- Fallingprice fallingSnagRx
Headline cut since our last reading: semaglutide moved from $99/mo to $69/mo and tirzepatide from $149/mo to $119/mo, both under a "Summer Start Discount" against list prices of $299 and $399. The company publishes these as month-to-month rates with no contract and says the rate locks for life once started; a countdown timer beside them reads all zeros, so treat the urgency as decoration rather than a deadline. Semaglutide $69/mo on the Summer Start discount (list $299); month-to-month, no contract, flat at every dose, compounded.
The cheapest line, and the cheapest line without an asterisk
Collective sits at the bottom of the wire at From $59/mo (all doses, plus a separate fee, compounded). New to the tracker on 1 September 2026, and read on the provider's own site rather than taken on trust: we checked https://www.collective.org/ on 2026-09-01 and this row reflects what that page says. The line we publish is From $59/mo (all doses, plus a separate fee, compounded). There is no earlier reading of ours to compare it against yet.
348 of the 389 priced providers attach something to their headline number — a “from”, an annual commitment, a microdose tier, a brand-name route priced differently from the compounded one. Strip those out and the cheapest plain month-to-month figure here belongs to Lean Meds at $79/mo. Both numbers are real; they are answers to different questions, and a list that prints only the first one is telling you half the story. Why these numbers move at all is covered in why GLP-1 prices move.

Cheapest GLP-1, answered
- What is the cheapest GLP-1 right now?
- The lowest disclosed monthly semaglutide line on the desk's ranking is Collective at From $59/mo (all doses, plus a separate fee, compounded). Read the qualifier attached to it before you treat it as your monthly bill. The cheapest provider publishing a plain month-to-month figure with nothing attached is Lean Meds at $79/mo. Prices last re-checked August 2026.
- Which GLP-1 prices changed since the last check?
- 5 of the 536 providers we track moved: Eden (falling), ShedRx (falling), SnagRx (falling), Hims & Hers (rising), Henry Meds (rising). Another 36 held their published price, and 495 are first readings we have no earlier number for. Stability is the story here — a headline price that resets in month two is the more common failure than one that rises openly.
- Is the cheapest GLP-1 the one to buy?
- Not on its own. The cheapest line on any given week is often a commitment rate, a microdose tier, or a first month that resets. The desk's Brief Score weighs price stability alongside supply, transparency, access, oversight and track record precisely because a price that does not hold is not a price you can budget.
- How is this page ordered?
- By the disclosed monthly semaglutide price, ascending — nothing else. Providers that publish no price sort last and stay here, labeled. Assume any provider we list may compensate us when a reader signs up; the Brief Score itself is never adjusted for payment and is printed unmodified.
