SnagRx is currently the cheapest published monthly rate for compounded semaglutide in this ranking: $69 a month, with tirzepatide at $119. Both are promotional — the product cards show them struck against list prices of $299 and $399, under a banner reading "SnagRx Summer Start Discount Applied!" — and the site puts the size of the cut plainly on the page: "Save $230 OFF every month."

What makes that figure unusual is the term attached to it, which is none. Most cheap headlines in this market are annual prepay rungs wearing a "/mo" label. SnagRx's FAQ says the opposite in its own words: "there are no contracts for our month to month pricing… Month to month customers can cancel their shipment anytime." The company frames the rate as locked once you start — "GLP-1 with Locked-In Flat Pricing for Life" — and states the price holds at every dose, so titrating up does not raise the bill.

The pressure tactic beside it is worth naming. A countdown timer sits next to the offer under the words "Price increases in", and on August 28, 2026 it read all zeros — 00:00:00:00. A deadline that has already expired and still displays is decoration, not a deadline. Do not let it hurry you; the discount was applied automatically on arrival.

SnagRx names its pharmacies, which most of this market does not. Its Terms identify four dispensing partners — RedRock, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding and Triad Rx — and claim coverage across all 50 states plus Washington D.C. The quoted price includes the telehealth visit, the prescription and free one-to-two-day shipping, with no insurance required and no monthly membership stacked on top.

Two limits to weigh. It sells compounded injectables only — there is no FDA-approved Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro or Ozempic route here, and no oral option. And the refund policy is narrower than "cancel anytime" suggests: you can get a full refund if the medical provider disqualifies you, but once medication has been ordered all sales are final. Canceling stops the next shipment; it does not undo the one already in motion.

The terms also bind disputes to arbitration under Delaware law with a class-action waiver, which is common in this market and worth reading before you agree to it. Taken together: a genuinely low month-to-month price with the pharmacies named — sold with a countdown that means nothing and a discount that could end whenever the company decides it has.
