Quarterly savings require the full payment

VEVArx’s public plan display lists compounded semaglutide at $120 billed monthly or $267 for three months, equivalent to $89 per month. Tirzepatide is $189 monthly or $447 for three months, equivalent to $149 per month. Those lower equivalents require the full quarterly purchase; they are not separate monthly installments.

The product pages describe the selected price as including evaluation, medication if prescribed, supplies and shipping, without membership or dose-based increases. However, the legal page separately lists initial/follow-up GLP-1 packages at $199/$299 and GLP-1/GIP packages at $349/$399. Ask which agreement and prices apply before paying. Confirm coverage and who dispenses the prescription

The FAQ lists thirty-six states, while the legal page describes services within the fifty US states. That broader US-only scope does not prove every treatment is available everywhere. Confirm your physical-location eligibility before paying. Its FAQ also describes extra communication, including phone or video, when required by state rules or clinical judgment.

VEVArx says a licensed provider reviews the request and a licensed 503A pharmacy prepares medication if prescribed; it states it is not itself a pharmacy. Its general promise of provider check-ins every three months does not identify the individual clinician or dispensing facility. Ask for those details with our pharmacy checklist. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved, and branded-drug trial figures do not establish their results.

Five days matters for monthly cancellation

The terms say the card is not charged before clinical approval. Monthly plans require cancellation at least five days before renewal; quarterly cancellation stops the next term but does not produce partial unused-month refunds after dispensing. Although the marketing says cancel anytime, the payment deadline and pharmacy cutoff still control what can be recovered.

After approval but before pharmacy submission, the terms describe a refund minus a $25 consultation fee. Orders already sent to the pharmacy or shipped are nonrefundable. Damaged, incorrect or temperature-affected deliveries must be reported within forty-eight hours; eligible refund requests generally must arrive within twenty-eight days of payment.
