Trimi review

Trimi publishes two prices for semaglutide and means both: $175 a month with no commitment, or $99 a month if you pay $1,188 once for the year. Tirzepatide runs $235 month to month, or $125 a month on a $1,500 annual charge. The honesty is the most useful thing about the company. The cheap number and the condition attached to it sit in the same table on the same product page, with no coupon hunt and no qualifier hidden in a footer.

The intermediate plans are also explicit. Semaglutide costs $435 every three months ($145 a month) or $720 upfront for six months ($120 a month). Tirzepatide costs $597 quarterly ($199 a month) or $1,050 upfront for six months ($175 a month). The six-month and annual plans do not renew automatically: continuing after the term requires another provider review. Quarterly and monthly plans renew automatically.

For comparison, twelve monthly semaglutide payments total $2,100, four quarterly payments $1,740, and the annual plan $1,188. Tirzepatide totals $2,820 month to month, $2,388 across four quarters or $1,500 annually. Buying another six-month term would bring the two-term totals to $1,440 and $2,100 respectively, but renewal is not automatic or guaranteed. A lower equivalent rate needs to be weighed against the amount committed upfront.

One fee covers the rest of it. Trimi's page says the membership includes "your medication, clinician visits, ongoing check-ins, and free shipping. No surprise charges," and the annual footnote confirms the $99 rate "includes the telehealth visit and free shipping." Dose escalation does not move the number either: "Same price at every dose. Your price never changes as your dose is adjusted." The figure you choose at signup is the figure you keep.

The product table distinguishes calendar-month and quarterly renewals from fixed six-month and annual terms. There is no first-month discount built into the standard figures quoted here. Any separate promotion should be checked against the full charge, supply and cancellation terms rather than assumed to change every plan.

Coverage is all 50 states, stated on the homepage product cards as "licensed clinicians via Arora Health, all 50 states," with a dedicated availability page behind it. That is a firmer position than CoreAge Rx, which ranks first here but whose own FAQ says restrictions may apply by state and get confirmed during intake. If you live somewhere that has given you trouble with telehealth prescribing before, Trimi at least states its answer before you hand over any information.

Everything is compounded. There is no FDA-approved Wegovy or Zepbound path and no oral or sublingual form. The public track record is shorter than the older flat-fee names covered here. And $175 is not the lowest month-to-month semaglutide price on this site, so if a single cheap month is the whole goal, Trimi is not where that ends. Its argument is the ladder, not the floor.

Trimi offers a practical choice between a smaller monthly commitment and a lower equivalent rate on prepayment.
