Auren Rx review: $179 monthly, $149 subscribed

Auren Rx (aurenrx.com) prints two prices side by side on every product: a discounted subscription rate and an explicit no-commitment rate. There is no prepay tier at all, so there is no term ladder to misread — the opposite of He & She MD, where every advertised rate is a prepaid term and the month-to-month price is double the headline. We re-read the whole site on 1 September 2026, and enough had changed since our August reading that this is a rewrite rather than an update. The GLP-1 numbers, and which ones we file

Standard weight loss is $179 a month with no commitment, or $149 subscribed. The molecule selector offers semaglutide and tirzepatide, and choosing either leaves the price the same — we clicked it to check. The microdose program is $149 with no commitment or $129 subscribed, on the same one-price-for-both-molecules basis.¹

We file $179, the no-commitment rung, because that is what you pay if you want the ability to stop.

One caution about the history, because it is ours rather than theirs. Our August write-up of this provider recorded two different standard rates, $199 for semaglutide and $299 for tirzepatide. A second record we kept the same day put both molecules at $299. Today there is one price, and toggling the molecule does not move it. We cannot tell which of those August readings was right, so we are not claiming a price cut we cannot substantiate. If you are holding a quote for Auren Rx from earlier this summer, check it against the site rather than against us.

The one way left to capture the wrong price here

The site's own product markup publishes the subscribe rung rather than the no-commitment one, so anything reading its machine-readable data instead of its rendered table records $149. We re-checked that on 1 September 2026 and the structured data still carries the lower figure. Both are real prices. Neither is what you pay without subscribing, and if you find Auren Rx quoted at $149 on an aggregator, that is where the number came from.

Two traps we flagged in August have closed. The molecule selector no longer changes the figure, so it can no longer file one molecule's price under the other's name. And the homepage now labels its $129 card as the microdose program rather than showing that figure under a general GLP-1 heading.

The microdose program is an actual program

Plenty of providers mention microdosing. Auren Rx runs it as a named product with its own page, its own intake and its own price block — a structural commitment rather than a marketing line. The standing caveat from GLP-1 microdosing, explained applies unchanged: no randomized trial has tested below-label dosing for any outcome, so a well-organized microdose program is still a well-organized untested one.

The rest of the shelf

NAD+ is the deepest line here: $179 a month subscribed or $209 with no commitment for the injection, against a "from $125/mo" floor quoted on the homepage and in cross-sells that no NAD+ rung actually matches.¹ Alongside it sit sermorelin, glutathione, GHK-Cu, tretinoin and minoxidil. There is no research-chemical shelf, no retatrutide and no testosterone.

Disclosure: better than it was, and still hedged

The pharmacy is now named. The contact page gives VialsRX at 6220 Westpark Dr., Houston, Texas, with a phone number — a level of detail most of this category does not put in writing. The corporate entity is published too: Hades Capital LLC, doing business as Auren RX, at 244 Madison Avenue in New York.

The states answer has appeared as well, and it comes with a caveat. The homepage FAQ says Auren Rx serves patients in all 50 states, but that answer lives inside a collapsed accordion, so it is invisible until you open it, and the terms still say services are available only to people in "certain states" and in "a State Where We Operate". Two different medical groups are named in two different places: the contact page and the FAQ attribute clinical services to Wasef Health, PC, care of Michael Wasef MD, while the telehealth consent names Beluga Health, P.A. The intake itself runs on Bask Health. Product pages carry star ratings and a review count with no platform named; we do not repeat those.

Fees, cadence and cancellation

Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled by email or in-account, and the membership fee is charged only after a provider communicates a care plan and you elect to proceed — the charge follows clinical review rather than preceding it. Once paid it is not refundable. Billing runs approximately every 28 to 30 days, which is slightly shorter than a calendar month, and Auren Rx says so; compare Vyvron, which bills every four weeks while printing "/mo" and never reconciles the two.

One thing to read twice: the product pages advertise a free initial online visit, while the terms make the initial online visit and any laboratory testing the patient's responsibility unless stated otherwise. Those two sentences are on the same site about the same appointment.

The regulatory screen

The trading name, the legal entity, the medical group and the named pharmacy all returned zero company-column matches in the FDA's live warning-letter index on 1 September 2026, against a self-test in which all 110 letters this site already holds were found in the same corpus.²

Where it lands

On structure, Auren Rx is the provider we would hold up as the template: a no-commitment rung on every product, a billing cadence stated honestly, no prepay tier to hide anything inside, and now a named pharmacy and a published address. What is left is hedging rather than silence — a states answer folded into an accordion and contradicted by the terms, two medical groups named in two places, and a free-visit promise the terms do not repeat.
