It names the doctors writing the prescriptions — Lion MD, with Dr. Ana Lisa Carr and Dr. Kelly Tenbrink, both with NPI numbers that verify as active in the federal registry — and it names four pharmacies that fill them: Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx. The pricing needs more care. Read on August 7, 2026, compounded semaglutide was $199 for the first month and $249 every month after it; tirzepatide was $349 first month and $399 after. Older datasets carry the $199 and $349 as though they were the price, and they are not — they are the intro rate, and the number that matters on a monthly medication is the one you meet in month two.
