Standard treatment and microdosing have different prices

Neuvé MD lists standard compounded semaglutide injections with B12 at $217 every twenty-eight days and standard tirzepatide with B12 at $269. Its lower $179 and $240 figures are explicitly microdose tiers. Compare the standard tier with other standard plans; a microdose starting price does not establish the cost of that treatment.

Sublingual options are also separately listed, at $212 for semaglutide and $282 for tirzepatide per twenty-eight days. The formulations are not interchangeable solely because they share a drug name. The billing-cycle guide helps compare the payment frequency with calendar-month services. At a continuing twenty-eight-day cadence, renewal dates move through the calendar.

Required labs and optional memberships

The financial policy includes clinical consultation or intake review, clinician-approved prescription medication, injection supplies when applicable, shipping and clinical-team access in displayed treatment-plan prices. Required laboratory testing is separate, though qualifying results from your own provider may be accepted. Ask which results qualify and what any new panel would cost; the treatment price does not establish a total that includes new testing.

Optional Neuvé memberships provide additional platform or coaching benefits and are described as unnecessary to obtain a prescription. The clinical, pharmacy and laboratory providers can vary by program and location. Confirm their identities and the pharmacy preparing the medication. The pharmacy checklist remains useful; compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

Confirm which provider handles billing and refunds

Pricing says treatment plans renew at their displayed twenty-eight-day or monthly interval. Optional platform memberships are described as monthly automatic renewals until canceled. Confirm which charges apply to your purchase and how each is stopped. Advertised access across all fifty states remains subject to clinical evaluation, state rules and pharmacy availability.

The platform refund policy primarily covers membership and retention charges, while clinical, pharmacy and laboratory refunds follow the applicable provider’s policies. Cancellation generally stops future membership charges without refunding past periods. Obtain the relevant treatment cancellation and fulfillment rules using the refund checklist; a platform-membership refund provision does not promise a medication refund.
