He & She MD (heandshemd.com) is a nationwide telehealth clinic selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, injectable or oral, with a real brand-name route alongside. It does one thing better than almost any provider in this batch and one thing worse, and both are on the same page. Better: it names the pharmacy that will fill your prescription, with a street address and a phone number. Worse: every headline figure it publishes is a rate you only get by committing a year in advance.

The plan page prices four terms for each molecule, and the spread between the ends of it is the whole story.

Compounded semaglutide is $199 a month billed monthly. Three months is $447 in one charge, which the site calls $149/mo. Six months is $834, called $139/mo. Twelve months is $1,188, called $99/mo.

Compounded tirzepatide is $299 a month billed monthly. Three months is $627, called $209/mo. Six months is $1,194, called $199/mo. Twelve months is $1,908, called $159/mo.

So the $99 on the banner and the $199 you pay if you want the ability to stop after a month are the same product at twice the price. That is not a criticism of the discount, which is real and clearly disclosed in the footnotes; it is a warning about which number you are reading. Every plan includes the medication if prescribed, injection supplies, shipping, provider support and unlimited messaging, with no membership fee, and you are only charged if a clinician actually prescribes.

Two of the cheap figures belong to semaglutide and are easy to file under tirzepatide by mistake, because the promotional banners sit above both. The site settles it in its own small print: the $199-to-start promotion is marked as applying to tirzepatide, and the $139-to-start promotion to semaglutide. If you are pricing tirzepatide, $299 is your month-to-month number and $159 is the twelve-month one. There is no $139 tirzepatide plan and no microdose plan of any kind.

He & She MD's FAQ names its dispensing pharmacy outright: F&F Pharmacies Inc, doing business as Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, 5484 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH 45014, with a phone number attached. A name, an address and a number is a disclosure you can act on, and most of the providers we read this month stop at "a licensed US pharmacy".

Two qualifiers. Jungle Jim's is a facility other storefronts also name, so this tells you who fills the prescription rather than anything exclusive to this brand. And no compounding classification — 503A or 503B — is stated for it anywhere on the site.

One disclaimer says medication in the GLP-1 program is "produced in USP-compliant, state-regulated pharmacies but not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality" — accurate, and more forthcoming than most. Up the same homepage, a feature block promises "FDA-regulated pharmacies". State-regulated and FDA-regulated are not the same claim, and both are on the page you land on.

The clinical entity is named and the retail one is not. Wasef Health, PC c/o Michael Wasef MD is the provider group, Dr. Ozita Cooper, MD the chief medical officer; the company charging the card is never identified, and its published address is a PO Box.

Its own FAQ puts a hole in the states answer. The pharmacy it names is licensed in 44 states, with ten more listed by name that it cannot serve, and the same answer says it cannot dispense sterile compounds — which is what an injectable GLP-1 is. A second pharmacy, GoGoMeds, is named beside it. No provider in this batch published a cleaner pharmacy disclosure, and none left a bigger gap in the middle of one.

For GLP-1s it ships to every US state except Louisiana, and not to PO Boxes. Longevity and hormone medications ship nationwide. It is worth stating plainly because the figure most often repeated about this provider elsewhere is "all 50 states", and its own FAQ does not say that.

If you intend to stay on treatment for a year, the annual rung is genuinely one of the cheaper ways to buy compounded semaglutide here, and you will know which pharmacy is dispensing it — which is more than most of the providers read in the same batch will tell you. If you want the option to stop, price it at $199 and $299 and judge it on those.
