Try Ageless review
Three routes to two molecules with a published rung table for each and free switching between them — sold on a page whose every headline figure is a twelve-month prepay rate, by a brand whose own shop sells the same injection for less.
On the record
The FDA issued a warning letter to Lovely Meds, Inc. dba Lovely Meds in September 2025. Try Ageless's own medical-oversight page identifies Lovely Meds, Inc. as the company that operates tryageless.com. The letter concerns lovelymeds.com, does not name tryageless.com, and FDA has not closed it out. Try Ageless keeps its place here and its link is unchanged — but you should know the letter exists before you start care. Read it in the FDA's warning letter database.
- Semaglutide
- $279/mo month-to-month, compounded injection — the "from $199" beside it is the 12-month rung, billed as $2,388 up front
- Tirzepatide
- $349/mo month-to-month, compounded injection; sublingual drops $199/mo — the "from $249" and "from $159" on the same page are 12-month rungs ($2,988 and $1,908 up front)

The scorecard
Try Ageless scored on our six Brief Score factors. See the methodology.
What we like
- Names its dispensing pharmacy outright — The Pharmacy Hub, Miami FL — in its own Terms, where most of this ranking names nobody
- Names the prescribing practice and the prescriber, and both check out: Wasef Health, PC, with Michael Wasef, MD, NPI 1417261926 — active in the federal registry, internal medicine, Florida license ME125730
- Three routes to two molecules, and a clinician may switch you between them under your existing plan at no extra fee, so choosing wrong at signup is not expensive
- A complete four-rung price table is published for each of the three routes, including the up-front total each rung bills, before any intake
- The Terms state plainly that controlled substances are never prescribed, and the site discloses that its compounded products are not FDA-approved and carries the medullary thyroid carcinoma boxed warning
- Sublingual tirzepatide drops at $199/mo month-to-month, the cheapest month-to-month route it sells, for readers who will not inject
The caveats
- Every headline number on the page our link lands on is a twelve-month prepay rate: the hero's "$159/mo from" is $1,908 charged up front, and the "FROM $199" and "FROM $249" entry cards are $2,388 and $2,988. Month-to-month you pay $279 and $349
- Try Ageless's own public shop lists the same semaglutide injection at $119–229 depending on prescribed dose, as a one-time purchase — cheaper than any rung on the plan page this link resolves to, and we cannot reconcile the two from outside. Its own pages disagree about the anchor price too, striking through $169 in one place and $229 in another
- No list of states served exists anywhere — not on the lander, not in the shop, not in the Terms — so there is no way to check coverage before starting an intake
- The `/medical-experts/` page does not survive checking: it lists "Jacob Jones MD" twice under two different specialties, publishes no NPI for any of the five names, and the testimonials beneath use a standard placeholder name set, one of which still contains unedited filler text. Michael Wasef is the only clinician on the site we could verify
- Two different operating entities are named across its own pages — the oversight page says Lovely Meds, Inc.; the governing Terms say "a brand of Lovely Ageless Group" — so the company a reader would actually be contracting with is not stated consistently
- A countdown timer reading "Ends in 24h 00m 00s" resets rather than expiring, and a "SLIM50" code is presented as applying to every order rather than a first one
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved products, and no brand-name route is offered at any price
The brief
Best for: Readers who want a choice of injection or sublingual drops from a desk that will name the pharmacy and the prescriber — and who will read past the hero to the month-to-month column. Three routes to two molecules with a published rung table for each and free switching between them — sold on a page whose every headline figure is a twelve-month prepay rate, by a brand whose own shop sells the same injection for less.
