Choose the actual product before the plan

Solaya MD's weight-loss page (opens in a new tab) advertises semaglutide and tirzepatide in oral and injectable formats, with micro options also listed. It does not establish a medication-specific public price or a named preparation for each format. Ask for the exact ingredient, route, dose and supplied quantity before comparing this service with a branded prescription or a clearly specified compounded product.

That distinction matters particularly for an oral offer: a route label does not identify a branded tablet, establish regulatory approval or show equivalence to an injection. The reviewed pages do not establish those facts for each Solaya option. Clinical review and pharmacy assignment matter

The terms name MD Integrations and affiliated professional entities for clinical services. Solaya describes assessment, provider review and a possible telehealth visit before an individualized plan. Its FAQ advertises all fifty states but qualifies availability by state rules, clinician coverage, pharmacy fulfillment and clinical appropriateness. Nationwide marketing therefore does not guarantee that every treatment can be supplied to every address.

The reviewed public materials do not identify the dispensing pharmacy assigned to a particular weight-loss prescription. Solaya's role in arranging care is separate from the clinician's prescribing decision and the pharmacy's dispensing work. Ask for those identities and product-specific instructions before treatment. Approval and renewal have different refund rules

The refund policy (opens in a new tab) says the first payment is collected after provider approval, rather than when payment details are saved. It offers a full refund within seventy-two hours of the first charge only if the prescription has not been sent to the pharmacy. Monthly charges become nonrefundable after pharmacy transmission; multi-month refunds are limited to full months for which medication has not shipped. Renewals and processed prescriptions have additional nonrefundability limits.

Portal cancellation stops future renewals immediately; email or care-team requests need at least seventy-two hours before billing. The detailed twenty-eight-to-thirty-day membership section in the terms concerns a separate testosterone program; it does not establish the billing cycle for these weight-loss offers.
