Clume Health advertises personalized GLP-1 weight-loss and microdose programs from $199 per month. That shared starting figure does not identify the cost of standard semaglutide or tirzepatide at a particular dose. Its separate optimization program starts at $159 and describes a different purchase. The older medication prices above remain historical observations rather than newly verified quotes.

The homepage includes medical consultation, ongoing oversight, prescribed GLP-1 medication, delivery, support and education in the program description. Coaching is described as optional elsewhere, while additional therapies require their own evaluation. Ask which services belong to your selected plan and which would increase the bill. A broad wellness package is only useful for comparison once those boundaries are clear.

Clinical care and pharmacy roles

The terms refer to OpenLoop medical practices and separate the platform from licensed clinical providers. They list RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx as pharmacy partners. Clume also allows a patient-selected pharmacy where the program and location permit it. Confirm whether choosing one changes medication pricing, delivery or included services. Clinical eligibility and access depend on the individual prescription and state. Cancellation has a notice deadline

The subscription terms permit automatic renewal. To avoid another charge, the refund policy requires cancellation at least seventy-two hours before billing, through support or the account where available. A late request can let the next cycle renew. The deadline matters more than a general promise that cancellation is available anytime.

The policy provides refunds for provider-determined medical disqualification and an initial seventy-two-hour cancellation window when no services have been received. Ordinary monthly cancellation does not refund current or earlier periods; multimonth plans have separate provisions for months without shipped medication. Clume’s useful disclosures are the named network and written notice rule. Settle the selected quote and refund conditions before committing.
