AHBARx lists semaglutide at $249 for a one-month supply, $649 for three months or $1,199 for six months. Tirzepatide is $349, $949 or $1,799 for the corresponding terms. The longer plans are full charges, not flexible monthly prices. Six-month plans are charged every six months, with medication delivered every three months.

The important unresolved cost is membership. The About page says there are no membership fees, while the general terms describe an active Weight Loss Membership and a separate Medication Plan. Ask whether that section applies to the exact product you select. Until the service resolves the conflict, the displayed medication amount should not be treated as a confirmed complete bill.

What the refill process includes

Product pages include licensed-provider review, injection guidance and follow-up consultation for each refill. A prescription depends on medical history and the clinician’s judgment. The pages explicitly describe compounded medication as not FDA-approved. Their testimonials are marketing examples, rather than evidence of the outcome a new patient can expect.

The public footer requires patients to be physically located in the United States, without establishing a complete state-specific roster. The reviewed sources also did not name the pharmacy assigned to each fill. Confirm both before paying, along with any laboratory or shipping charges. Cancellation has a processing deadline

General subscription terms allow renewal processing up to two days early and require cancellation at least two days before the applicable processing date. That is more specific than a general cancel-anytime message. Confirm the actual processing date with support, especially for a six-month charge. Partially used subscription periods are generally not refunded under those terms.

The refund page says prescription returns are not accepted after dispensing and that sales become final after payment and carrier handoff. It directs lost or damaged deliveries to support. Canceling before shipping and receiving a refund are separate questions, so obtain the applicable refund conditions in writing before relying on an unused prepaid balance being returned.
