Metabolic Rx review

By · Updated

Metabolic Rx describes bundled compounded GLP-1 programs, but current public treatment pages do not establish the price. Conflicting cancellation deadlines and an incomplete privacy-policy address need clarification before enrollment.

A flat-rate promise still needs an actual quote

Metabolic Rx’s semaglutide and tirzepatide pages describe a bundled program with compounded medication, provider support, messaging, check-ins and delivery. They advertise no consultation charge or dose-change surcharge, but the current public pages say available by consultation rather than publishing a usable treatment price. Request the amount due today, ongoing charge, supply and any prepaid commitment in writing.

The separate microdose program is marketed for longevity and body composition. It should not be used as the price baseline for the standard weight-loss program. An earlier promotion or a different program’s price does not establish the bill for your selected prescription.

Two cancellation deadlines need reconciliation

The terms permit disabling auto-refill up to 48 hours before the monthly processing date and describe recurring charges every 30 days. The treatment-page FAQ instead asks for 30 days of notice before the next billing cycle. Those are materially different deadlines. Ask support to identify the one governing your plan before enrolling, and keep that answer with the order confirmation.

The business and care identities need clarification

The terms describe Metabolic Rx as a technology platform connecting patients with independent providers and pharmacies. The reviewed pages do not name the medical group or dispensing pharmacies. The privacy policy’s mailing address contains the placeholder text “123 Example Street” and “Your City.” That is a specific unresolved contact-detail problem, not proof about a clinician’s conduct; obtain the responsible business and care-team details before submitting sensitive information.

An order cancellation is different from stopping refills

The terms allow a request to cancel an initial prescription order within 24 hours only if it has not reached the provider network. They also list limited refund circumstances, including declined prescriptions, unshipped orders and incorrect or damaged medication, while excluding refunds for dispensed or delivered medication. Confirm both the current-order status and future auto-refill setting when asking to stop.

What stands out

  • Describes what the bundled program includes
  • Publishes detailed refund and subscription terms

What to check

  • No current public medication-specific price established
  • Cancellation deadlines conflict
  • Privacy policy retains a placeholder mailing address

Sources and review scope

Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
