What the subscription covers
ReflexMD describes a subscription including medical consultation, medication and shipping. Its pricing help page directs patients to the available product and plan choices rather than one universal fee. Different public offer variants make it unwise to compare an old introductory number with another provider’s ongoing cost.
Monthly and quarterly plans differ
The terms describe cash-pay care and monthly or quarterly recurring membership. For a quarterly quote, compare the full charge and the covered supply, not just a divided monthly figure. Confirm whether a promotion changes at renewal and whether a dose change changes the bill.
There are two cancellation cutoffs
The terms request cancellation at least two days before renewal processing. The help center also says to cancel before the next prescription is issued. Follow whichever cutoff arrives first; stopping a future subscription is different from undoing an already processed prescription.
How to cancel and what remains uncertain
The help article directs non-California residents to cancel by phone, with an email option for California residents. Paid membership fees are described as nonrefundable in the terms. Ask for the dispensing pharmacy and prescribing medical group as well as the final written quote; neither was independently established for an individual patient in this review.
What stands out
- Consultation, medication and shipping are bundled
- Public help center explains cancellation channels
What to check
- Two processing deadlines must be considered
- No single confirmed current price fits every plan
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
