MEDVi review
By The Dose Brief Desk · Updated
Low advertised compound prices, but the landing-page commitment and refund terms need careful comparison. MEDVi is a different company from MEDVidi.
Not rated. This review examines published program information; it is not a firsthand treatment review.

Which MEDVi offer are you comparing?
MEDVi sells access to GLP-1 treatment through independent clinicians and pharmacy partners. Its tirz-166 landing page advertises semaglutide injections at $116 a month and tirzepatide at $166, with price-lock language. Those figures belong to that offer: the required purchase term, upfront total and state restrictions were not established. A low monthly equivalent can still mean a larger initial payment.
FDA warning letter: February 20, 2026
FDA issued warning letter 721455 to MEDVi, LLC dba MEDVi on February 20, 2026, following its review of medvi.io in December 2025. The agency cited labeling that suggested MEDVi compounded the medication and marketing that implied FDA evaluation of compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide.
The letter names 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware; the current home.medvi.org site lists the same address. This is relevant dated regulatory context, not a finding about every later offer. The source check did not establish whether FDA subsequently accepted corrective action or issued a closeout.
Compounded and branded prices are separate
The same offer lists Wegovy pill, Wegovy injection and Zepbound injection with a $99 membership charge plus medication. That is not a $99 prescription. The dissolvable-tablet card had an unresolved price variable, so it cannot support a reliable oral-compound quote. Ask for the exact medication, formulation and total before choosing a route.
Who provides the care?
MEDVi names CareGLP Affiliated P.C.s/OpenLoop and pharmacy partners including TriadRx, Red Rock and Beaker on its public site. These names give you something concrete to check; they do not identify which clinician or pharmacy will handle your own prescription.
Read the refund clauses together
The cancellation policy requests 72 hours of notice before billing. It also contains early-cancellation and unshipped multi-month refund language alongside a medical-disqualification-only restriction. Get written clarification for your selected plan before relying on a refund. This is especially important when committing to several months in advance.
What stands out
- Distinguishes compound and brand routes
- Names clinical and pharmacy partners
What to check

- Refund clauses need clarification
- Dated FDA warning-letter context warrants review
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
