A product price is not a treatment budget
VitaStir’s catalog shows a semaglutide home-kit offer at $125 and tirzepatide at $145. It also contains separate $99 single-dose-vial listings. Those numbers describe different products; none should automatically be labeled a month of treatment.
Get the usable quantity
Ask for the formulation, vial concentration, total medication quantity and prescribed supply duration. A lower-priced vial may cover a different dose or length of treatment. Compare the total needed for the same prescription period, including any additional consultation or shipping charge.
Approval comes before medication
The site says physician approval is required before medication is shipped and describes a full refund if treatment is declined. That is a clinical-eligibility provision, not evidence that an already dispensed order is freely returnable.
What remains important to confirm
The catalog alone did not establish the assigned pharmacy, complete state availability or future-order cancellation deadline. Obtain those details along with the product quote. Avoid treating a pharmacy-registration marketing statement as approval of the compounded medication itself.
What stands out
- Distinct kit and vial products can be compared
- Clinical-denial refund is described
What to check
- Supply duration is not established by sticker price
- Recurring-order and pharmacy details need confirmation
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
