- Treatment formats
- Semaglutide and tirzepatide injections; semaglutide sublingual and branded Wegovy routes are separately listed.
Wegovy page specifies $99 monthly membership plus medication. Its broad membership description also mentions injection programs, so request an all-in quote.
The injection page separates first and later months
Tummala Health’s semaglutide injection page advertises $129 for the first month and $159 afterward, with all-dose language. The same page links a tirzepatide offer showing $179 beside a $229 reference amount. That does not settle the full recurring charge or membership applicability for each selection.
The brand route adds membership
The Wegovy pen page explicitly describes a $99 membership at signup, renewing monthly, with medication billed separately. Its description also names other injection programs within membership access. Ask whether the compound price you are considering already includes membership or whether another fee is added; do not assume the pricing models are identical.
Included services and formulation choices
The injection offer describes shipping, clinician messaging, nutrition support and individualized protocols. A separately listed sublingual semaglutide product is a different formulation, not an interchangeable version of Wegovy. Obtain the exact prescription and named dispensing pharmacy before comparing routes.
Ending membership also ends care access
The Wegovy membership explanation says cancellation ends active medication plans and care access. Confirm the processing deadline and any refund rules for charges already incurred. The site describes self-pay care; a published membership price is not evidence of insurance coverage or the final branded-medication cost.
What stands out
- First-month and later semaglutide prices are distinguishable
- Brand page explains membership and medication separation
What to check
- Membership applicability across products needs clarification
- Assigned pharmacy and refund cutoffs are not established
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
