The featured price requires a longer purchase
Sommar Club’s FAQ lists semaglutide at $149 for four weeks and tirzepatide at $249, with monthly billing. Its featured 12-week supplies cost $387 and $657 respectively, charged every 12 weeks. The advertised $129 and $219 equivalents are per four weeks; they are not the amount charged at renewal.
The longest published options cost $690 and $1,194 for 24 weeks, with billing described as every six months. Twenty-four weeks is shorter than six calendar months. Ask when your next shipment arrives and how any gap is handled before choosing that option.
What the plan includes
Sommar says the price includes prescribed medication, provider review, ongoing support, treatment supplies and shipping, without a separate membership fee. That makes the initial comparison simpler, but the published price does not establish that every dose or formulation is available to every patient. The clinician still decides whether to prescribe.
Who provides care and medication
The terms identify Seta Ventures LLC as the company operating Sommar Club and Wasef Health, PC as a clinical provider. The FAQ names The Pharmacy Hub in Miami as a dispensing partner. These are the provider’s disclosures, not an independent confirmation of an individual clinician’s license or your assigned pharmacy.
Sommar lists all 50 states while also qualifying availability by product, prescribing and pharmacy restrictions. Confirm your state and formulation before paying; a national availability statement does not guarantee a particular prescription.
Cancel before pharmacy preparation
The refund policy offers a full refund when the clinician finds treatment unsuitable. It also permits cancellation before an order enters processing. Once the pharmacy begins preparation, the order becomes nonrefundable. Cancel through the patient portal or support and obtain confirmation before the next order is prepared.
Shipping issues have a separate remedy: the policy specifies replacements rather than refunds and requires reporting within 24 hours. Save the plan terms at enrollment, especially when paying for several months together.
What stands out
- Shorter and longer supply options are priced separately
- Names clinical and pharmacy partners
- Medication, provider review and shipping included
What to check
- 24-week supply and six-month billing need reconciliation
- Prepaid medication is nonrefundable once preparation starts

Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
