Prescriva review

By · Updated

Prescriva combines medication, clinician access and shipping. Its pages quote several starting prices, so match the medication, supply and billing interval before choosing a plan.

Not rated. This review examines published program information; it is not a firsthand treatment review.

At a glance

Semaglutide
$249/month advertised for injections; confirm actual billing interval
Tirzepatide
$339/month advertised for injections; confirm actual billing interval
Availability
Terms reference all 50 states and DC but qualify availability by service and licensing.
Treatment formats
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections; oral and microdose programs are separate offers.

Product cards and broader comparison sections quote different starting prices. Confirm the full selected-plan charge, supply duration and renewal schedule.

Use the product card, then verify the full plan

Prescriva’s live pricing page lists semaglutide injections at $249 and tirzepatide injections at $339. Elsewhere on that same page, a comparison table starts at $109 and a brand-versus-compound section starts at $289. Those figures do not describe one consistent offer.

The practical question is the amount charged for the exact medication and supply you select, and when it renews. Do not substitute a low category headline or a microdose price for a standard weight-loss prescription. A four-week charge also means more billing periods in a year than calendar-month billing.

What is included and who provides it

The pricing page includes provider consultation, compounded medication and shipping. Prescriva LLC operates the platform; its terms identify independent clinicians through OpenLoop Health and affiliated medical professional corporations as the Provider Network.

The terms list RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse and Precision Medicine as potential pharmacy partners, with assignment subject to product, state and clinical circumstances. Those names are useful for checking an actual prescription, but they do not tell you which pharmacy will dispense yours.

Cancellation does not refund unused time

The refund policy lets patients cancel from the dashboard or by email, without an advance-notice requirement. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and unused portions of that cycle are not refunded. Consider that distinction before paying for a longer supply.

Medical disqualification can qualify for a refund of the most recent cycle. The policy also covers an unavailable medication when no suitable alternative can be provided, and an assessment not reviewed within the stated timeframe. Completed consultations and dispensed medications have separate nonrefund restrictions.

Confirm access before committing

Prescriva’s terms mention all 50 states and Washington, DC while warning that some services are not available everywhere. Confirm the treatment and state together rather than relying on a blanket national claim.

This review evaluates published program terms. It does not validate marketing testimonials, certify pharmacy quality or compare treatment outcomes. The most useful next step is a written quote showing medication, supply duration, charge frequency and cancellation terms together.

What stands out

  • Consultation, medication and shipping included in the published offer
  • Terms identify clinical and pharmacy partners
  • Cancellation policy states timing and refund exceptions

What to check

  • Broad price comparisons do not clearly map to a selected medication and plan
  • Unused portions of a billing cycle are not refundable
  • State availability depends on the service

Sources and review scope

Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
