Use the renewal price for an ongoing budget
Meli’s treatment pages distinguish the introductory and ongoing rates: semaglutide is $147 for the first month, then $229 a month; tirzepatide is $179, then $299. That makes the renewal amount the better starting point for an ongoing budget. Ask for the final selected-plan total, including any optional additions, before authorizing payment.
California is excluded, and the partners are named
Meli explicitly says it serves 49 states and does not serve California. It identifies LocumTele as the independent clinician network and Rush Pharmacy as the dispensing partner. These details help a reader identify who handles treatment and fulfillment, but eligibility and a prescription still depend on the individual clinical review.
Cancellation stops future billing, not every current charge
The refund policy permits turning off auto-refill in the patient portal or contacting support at least 48 hours before the scheduled billing date. The subscription remains active through the current period, and unused time is not prorated. Keep a copy of the cancellation request and confirmation so the next billing date is unambiguous.
Read the declined-prescription exception carefully
Meli lists refund situations including unshipped orders, declined prescriptions and incorrect or damaged deliveries. Its policy distinguishes medication and pharmacy charges from consultation and platform fees, which may be retained for services performed. Shipped prescriptions cannot simply be returned. For damaged or incorrect items, the policy requests contact within 48 hours of delivery; confirm the applicable remedy with the pharmacy and support team.

Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
