The commitment is three months
Loozy’s semaglutide offer starts at $199 per month, billed as a three-month membership. Its terms require the membership fee in full upfront; three times the advertised starting price is $597. That is a starting calculation, not a personalized checkout quote. The membership includes medical review, messaging and treatment fulfillment if approved, rather than a separate advertised medication purchase.
Who is behind the service?
The legal pages identify Loozy LLC as the technology platform. Its FAQ names Elite Care Health for clinical services and Rx Ave Health for pharmacy and prescription fulfillment, with a Tampa address for the latter. These disclosures make the service more understandable, but they do not independently verify licensing or identify the specific prescriber and dispensing pharmacy assigned to an individual patient.
Follow-up review is required every three months before further treatment may be approved. The telehealth consent says any additional labs or evaluations requested by the provider are the patient’s responsibility. State-availability language varies across the homepage, FAQ and consent, so obtain confirmation for your location before enrolling.
A declined prescription can still cost $59
Payment follows preliminary qualification and precedes final provider review. The cancellation policy allows a full refund before clinical evaluation begins. After review, it retains a $59 consultation fee if treatment is declined; it also describes a refund less that fee for approved treatment canceled before shipment. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has reached the pharmacy. Contact support promptly rather than assuming a portal cancellation recalls an active prescription.
Canceling does not shorten the paid term
Membership cancellation takes effect at the end of the current three-month period. Shipped compounds are generally nonrefundable under the published policy, with separate procedures for damaged, incorrect or lost orders. The terms broadly restrict refunds after intake submission, while the detailed policy distinguishes when clinical review begins; clarify that boundary before payment.
Loozy also labels its displayed testimonials as illustrative composites rather than verified outcomes. They should not be treated as independent patient evidence. The decision here rests on the actual care arrangement, three-month cost and written refund terms—not the personal-sounding stories on the landing page.

Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
