Provider review
Glow review
By The Dose Brief Desk · Updated
Glow’s AI coach and Endo Health GLP-1 program have separate enrollment and billing. The prescription offer publishes introductory and ongoing prices, but the app subscription is an additional product.

Two products, two bills
Glow combines AI coaching marketing with a prescription-weight-loss offer, but its homepage explicitly separates them. The Endo Health GLP-1 program has its own enrollment and billing; an AI Coach app subscription is purchased separately through Apple or Google Play. Do not assume an app payment includes medication or that canceling one subscription automatically cancels the other.
Budget beyond the first month
The prescription offer lists semaglutide at $99 for the first month and $199 monthly afterward. Tirzepatide starts at $199 and rises to $349 monthly. Physician consultation and discreet shipping are listed as included. Oral semaglutide and tirzepatide are also advertised, but a formulation-specific oral price is not established by that offer. Confirm the medication, preparation and recurring total before paying.
A defined service area and named pharmacies
The homepage excludes Alaska, Hawaii, North Carolina and South Carolina and describes video or asynchronous consultations in the remaining 46 states. It names Epiq Scripts and CraftedRx as pharmacy partners. The prescription terms identify Endo Health, Inc. as the technology facilitator and say independent licensed providers deliver medical care. That distinction matters: coaching software is not the prescribing clinician.
Cancel the right subscription and contact the right business
The prescription terms allow cancellation through account settings or support before renewal. A consultation-fee refund may be available if the consultation does not occur or a prescription is not approved. Medication refund questions go to the dispensing pharmacy, which generally cannot accept shipped prescriptions back. Ask for the clinical plan’s cancellation confirmation separately from any app-store subscription change.
What stands out
- States introductory and ongoing prescription prices
- Publishes state exclusions and pharmacy partners
What to check
- AI coaching is billed separately
- Oral options lack a formulation-specific public quote
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
