HealFast review
By The Dose Brief Desk · Updated
HealFast publishes clear first-month and renewal prices plus prepaid plans. The lowest monthly equivalent requires an annual payment, and its refund policy does not promise an unconditional refund after medical review.

At a glance
- Semaglutide
- $99 first month, then $199/month; annual plan $1,188 upfront
- Tirzepatide
- $149 first month, then $299/month; annual plan $1,788 upfront
- Availability
- Advertises providers in all 50 states; availability also depends on clinician and pharmacy authorization.
- Treatment formats
- Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections; branded offers have separate membership/medication terms.
Three-, six- and twelve-month plans are prepaid; cancellation of future renewals does not undo a dispensed order.
The lowest rate is tied to a larger payment
Monthly semaglutide starts at $99 and renews at $199. The three-, six- and twelve-month plans cost $537, $810 and $1,188 upfront. Tirzepatide starts at $149 and renews at $299 monthly; its corresponding prepaid totals are $807, $1,194 and $1,788. The site says the price is the same at every dose.
The annual semaglutide equivalent of $99 a month therefore means paying $1,188, not buying one month for $99 indefinitely. Compare the total commitment with the monthly plan before choosing the lowest displayed equivalent.
Keep compound plans separate from branded access
The compounded offer includes medication, supplies and provider support, and the site advertises expedited shipping. Brand-name cards use a different structure: a $99 coaching membership plus retail medication cost, with some offers labeled coming soon. A membership fee is not the full prescription price, and a coming-soon card does not establish current availability.
Medical review can affect what is refundable
HealFast’s refund policy says orders may be canceled before medical review or pharmacy processing begins. Once review starts, professional-service charges may be nonrefundable. If a clinician decides treatment is inappropriate, refund eligibility depends on services already performed, pharmacy processing and checkout terms. Do not assume a declined prescription automatically returns every charge.
Stop renewals before processing starts
The policy allows future refills or subscription renewals to be canceled through the patient account or support before renewal processing. Dispensed or shipped medication is generally final, and lack of the desired result is not a refund guarantee. The telehealth consent names Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC as the medical group; ask which pharmacy will dispense your individual prescription.
What stands out

Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
