A low starting-price offer with named clinical and pharmacy partners, plus an important distinction between canceling a plan and canceling an active order.

Compare the actual monthly offer
LIV Body’s care landing page advertises compounded semaglutide starting at $99 and tirzepatide at $149. Its footnote identifies a monthly plan and says the amount depends on the product and plan prescribed. Those are starting prices, not a promise that every dose costs the same. The offer also advertises free expedited shipping and no membership fees.
Coaching and prescribing have different jobs
The package includes a Care Coach, clinician messaging and medical review. Its disclosure identifies OpenLoop Health as the clinical network and says a clinician determines prescription eligibility after checkout. Completing the initial assessment does not itself establish a doctor-patient relationship or guarantee medication. Before paying, clarify what happens to the charge if the clinician declines treatment.
Named pharmacies provide a useful starting point
The site names Red Rock, HealthWarehouse, Precision Compounding and Triad Rx. That is more useful than an unnamed pharmacy-network claim, but it does not identify your dispensing pharmacy. Ask for that assignment and the exact formulation before shipment. The advertised supplement bundle also should not be mistaken for evidence that those supplements are necessary or improve GLP-1 treatment results.
Cancel the order as well as the plan
LIV Body says patients can cancel through the portal without a cancellation fee or long-term contract. It separately warns that portal cancellation does not stop an active order already sent to the pharmacy; pending orders require contacting care@livbody.com. That distinction matters most near a refill. Confirm the next processing date, then keep written confirmation of which future charges and shipments have actually been stopped.
What stands out
- Names OpenLoop and four pharmacy partners
- Explains the difference between subscription and active-order cancellation
What to check
- Dose-specific price and prescription assignment require confirmation
- Checkout precedes final clinical eligibility decision
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
