What the $159 price establishes
Evergreen Lean lists a $159 monthly starting price for a program that may include semaglutide or tirzepatide. It does not assign that price to both medications or every dose. The advertised package covers consultation, prescribed medication, shipping and ongoing management. Medication and commitment length determine the actual quote.
Monthly billing does not mean a one-month trial
The product page specifies a two-month minimum for monthly plans and upfront payment for six- and 12-month terms. Medication ships every two months, so billing, shipment and treatment duration are separate questions. Before choosing a longer term, ask what happens to unused supplies and remaining payments if your clinician changes or stops treatment.
Clinical care and optional additions
The legal terms identify ConsultRX LLC dba Evergreen Telehealth and independent care through NVP Medical Group P.A. and affiliates. The program describes follow-up and treatment adjustment, while also advertising additional compounds. Its broad injectable, oral and nasal format list should not be read as proof that each GLP-1 is available in every format. The assigned pharmacy and actual prescription should be confirmed individually.
Cancellation and refunds need advance planning
Evergreen’s terms request cancellation at least seven days before renewal. Cancellation stops the next term rather than shortening the current paid term. The refund policy treats completed consultations as nonrefundable even if no prescription results, and generally excludes medication refunds once processing has begun. It describes limited circumstances involving unshipped medication rather than an unconditional money-back guarantee. These details make this a commitment decision, not simply a comparison of monthly price labels.
What stands out
- Publishes minimum term and shipment cadence
- Identifies the independent clinical group
What to check
- Starting price is not medication-specific
- Prepaid commitments and restricted refunds reduce flexibility
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
