Price Stability is the single heaviest factor in the Brief Score, and this brief explains why. A GLP-1 course runs for months; the number that matters is the one you'll pay on refill four, not refill one.
A desk earns points for a flat rate that renews at the advertised price, discloses both molecules up front, and gives clear notice of any change. It loses points for teaser tiers that reset silently, quote-to-see-the-price walls, and membership fees stacked on top of the drug cost.
Everything else — supply reliability, transparency, access breadth, clinical oversight and track record — is scored on the same published, editorial-only basis. No factor is ever adjusted by whether a provider pays us.
