We re-read every partner price. Eleven of seventeen had drifted

Every provider we hold a commercial relationship with had its published price re-read against that company's own pages on August 28. Eleven of the seventeen were wrong, incomplete, or had moved since they were last checked.

The pattern was not random. Most of the errors ran the same direction: a headline monthly figure that turns out to require a long commitment. CoreAge Rx, which we rank first, advertises $99 a month for compounded semaglutide and $149 for tirzepatide — both available only on a 12-month plan paid in full, which is $1,188 and $1,788 charged at once. No month-to-month rate is published anywhere on its site. ShedRx's $199 and $299 are the one-month rung of a three-rung ladder, and every ShedRx plan carries a two-month minimum. yourEra has stopped publishing a flat rate at all and now shows only a starting figure, with the real tiers behind its intake quiz.

Two corrections went the other way and are worth knowing if you are shopping. Strut Health's injectable tirzepatide is $149 a month, not the $199 we had recorded, and its injectable semaglutide is $129. Gala Health does publish a compounded semaglutide price after all; it sits inside the same yearly subscription as its tirzepatide.

One factual error is worth flagging on its own: we had listed Strut Health as shipping to every state except Alaska. Strut's own FAQ says the excluded state is Arkansas.

Every provider page now carries the date its prices were last read from that company's site, so you can see how fresh the figure is before you act on it. Where a rate depends on a plan length, a prepayment, or an intake, the page says so next to the number.
