The six-month offer is the key condition
Yucca Health advertises semaglutide at $125 a month on a six-month plan. The attractive figure should be read with that commitment attached. Confirm the amount due now, shipment schedule and renewal price rather than assuming six separate cancelable monthly purchases.
Refills and dose changes
Yucca says its price does not increase simply because the prescribed dose changes. That may make budgeting easier within an eligible plan, but it does not answer what happens when changing medication or stopping treatment. Tirzepatide is in the catalog; a reliable comparable price for that product was not established here.
Cancel before the prescription cutoff
The refund policy asks for at least seven days of notice before renewal. Cancellation before a prescription is issued is treated differently from cancellation afterward, when medication is generally nonrefundable. Clinical ineligibility and certain order or quality problems have separate provisions.
Pausing and the promise are different decisions
Yucca describes pausing as a way to preserve pricing, while cancellation stops future charges. Its six-month promise also has eligibility conditions. Ask how a pause affects your supply and remaining commitment, and obtain the precise promise terms rather than treating it as a guarantee that every patient will lose weight or receive a refund.
What stands out
- Public policy explains prescription timing
- Advertised dose-flat pricing within an eligible plan
What to check
- Lowest quoted rate requires six months
- Pharmacy assignment and tirzepatide price need confirmation
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
