Trally Meds review
By The Dose Brief Desk · Updated
Trally publishes medication-specific one- and three-month totals, with consultation and shipping included. Its automatic renewals and no-refund-after-charge rule are the main tradeoffs.
Not rated. This review examines published program information; it is not a firsthand treatment review.

One- and three-month offers are subscriptions. Payment follows prescribing approval; canceling after a processed renewal does not refund that billing cycle.
Current price tabs and actual totals
The weight-management page shows semaglutide at $249 for a one-month supply or $672 for three months. Selecting tirzepatide changes those figures to $349 and $942. The longer-plan equivalents are $224 and $314 per listed month, but the purchase totals are the more useful figures for budgeting. Consultation and shipping are advertised as included, without a separate membership fee.
Monthly supply and weekly arithmetic
Trally also divides its one-month amounts by four to display weekly prices. That arithmetic does not prove the exact refill interval or number of doses for your prescription. Published tiers do not establish a uniform price at every dose; confirm the dose-specific total. Ask for the amount supplied and the next billing date.
When a charge becomes nonrefundable
The treatment page describes an initial payment authorization followed by a charge when a clinician issues the prescription. Its billing terms say most plans recur until cancellation or prescription expiration, excluding six- and twelve-month options; those exceptions do not make the displayed one- and three-month offers nonrecurring. Cancellation can be made through the portal, phone or email, but a processed subscription charge is not refunded for that cycle.
Our assessment
Trally is comparatively straightforward about its published plan totals and billing sequence. The restrictive post-charge rule makes the renewal date especially important. Its terms identify Trally Meds LLC and allow patients to ask about directing a prescription to their chosen pharmacy before ordering. Confirm whether that changes the bundled price. Compounded products are not FDA-approved; this review does not assess an actual treatment experience.

Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
