Published totals make the term visible
Totara lists semaglutide at $190 for one month, $399 for three, $714 for six and $1,188 for twelve. Tirzepatide options are $239, $589, $1,074 and $1,799.64 for the corresponding terms. The annual semaglutide equivalent is $99 a month, but the quoted total is $1,188.
Choose the formulation before the price ladder
The catalog presents oral and injectable routes. Confirm which route, quantity and dose the selected term includes. A shared ingredient name does not make different formulations clinically interchangeable, and a longer supply must still match the actual prescription.
Independent providers make the prescribing decision
Totara says it operates as a platform connecting patients with independent clinicians and pharmacies. It describes clinical intake, video visits where needed and shipping. Payment does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.
A longer purchase needs an exit policy
Before choosing six or twelve months, obtain the full billing schedule and rules for unused supply if treatment is declined, interrupted or changed. The reviewed homepage did not establish those terms or an individual dispensing pharmacy. The lower divided price is only one part of the decision.
What stands out
- Full supply-option totals are visible
- Explains platform versus clinical responsibilities
What to check
- Annual price requires considering a large total
- Unused-supply and renewal policies need confirmation

Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
