Which treatments can you actually compare?
TotalRx’s current homepage lists compounded semaglutide from $129 a month and tirzepatide from $174. Its catalog marks Wegovy injection, Wegovy pill and Zepbound as coming soon and says those items cannot yet be ordered. A broader footer about possible brand prescribing is not a current branded-product offer. The published floors do not establish your required plan length or total payment.
A price lock has a condition
The homepage limits its price-for-life claim to the period while a plan stays active. It does not establish the price after a lapse or restart. The GLP-1 page advertises medication, clinical consultation, delivery and ongoing check-ins together, but the selected plan and prescription still matter. Get the renewal interval, included services and any longer-term obligation in the order confirmation.
Separate the platform, clinician and pharmacy
Coravita Health, LLC operates TotalRx. The site identifies OpenLoop among the independent clinical groups; prescribing decisions belong to the treating clinician. Its terms list Redrock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx as pharmacy partners, while warning that partners and state coverage can vary. A list is useful for verification but does not identify your assigned dispenser or independently verify its license.
Payment precedes a guaranteed prescription
The homepage says payment is collected at checkout and refunded if no prescription is issued. The refund policy instead describes the subscription charge when intake is completed, with medical-disqualification relief qualified by the information supplied and remaining subscription period. Neither payment nor an assessment guarantees approval. Ask when the charge becomes final and which amount would return if treatment is declined.
The cancellation deadline matters
The refund policy requires cancellation at least 72 hours before the next scheduled charge; a later request takes effect in the following cycle. Ending renewal does not itself refund processed payments. The policy generally treats medication as non-refundable once prescribed, ordered or processed for fulfillment, not only after shipment. For prepaid plans, obtain a written itemization of the remaining term and the applicable refund conditions. Our cancellation checklist covers the dates and confirmations worth saving.
Who should consider the comparison?
TotalRx provides named platform and care partners and a detailed cancellation policy, making it possible to investigate the service before an assessment. Its low starting figures are less useful without a confirmed commitment and renewal total. Compare the actual compounded-injection plan, rather than a coming-soon brand card or a headline that assumes uninterrupted enrollment.
What stands out
- Names operator, clinical group and pharmacy partners
- Clearly labels unavailable brand products
- Publishes a specific renewal-cancellation deadline
What to check
- Starting prices do not establish the complete selected plan
- Payment and disqualification language needs clarification
- Cancellation does not automatically refund existing orders
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
