The cheapest equivalent requires more cash upfront
TMates publishes several semaglutide supply options, from $249 for one month to $1,900 for twelve. The annual equivalent is about $158 a month, but the quoted purchase is still $1,900. For someone new to treatment, the ability to reassess tolerability may matter more than the lowest divided price.
Tirzepatide has a different price ladder
Tirzepatide is listed at $297 for one month, $800 for three, $1,299 for six and $1,999 for twelve. Compare the same supply period when weighing it against another program. Also confirm which formulation and dose the chosen option covers; the catalog includes oral and injectable routes.
What comes with the plan
The product pages describe medication, telehealth visits, coaching and shipping as part of the program. TMates presents itself as the platform rather than the dispensing pharmacy. Ask which clinician and pharmacy are assigned and how follow-up works during a prepaid term.
Confirm coverage and unused-supply rules
The homepage and product pages use different descriptions of geographic availability. A national marketing statement is not a substitute for confirming your state and medication. Likewise, a cancel-anytime headline does not explain refunds on a twelve-month purchase: obtain the processing cutoff and unused-supply policy before choosing it.
What stands out
- Complete supply-option totals are available
- Care and shipping are described within the bundle
What to check
- Longer commitments increase initial spending
- State and refund details need plan-specific confirmation
