Tirzepatide
California starting configuration: $104.99 per 8.5 mg compounded vial plus $39 prescription service; state, pharmacy and prescribed supply change the comparison
Availability
FAQ lists AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, MI, MO, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX and WI for physical patient location; the broader product-state selector does not establish access everywhere.
Treatment formats
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections with pharmacy-specific additives; separate oral and branded-drug choices require their own prescription and quote.

The compounded prescription service is $39 per order, or included on eligible orders with optional $449/year Temi Care. Membership renews automatically; medication is separate and renewals require new requests.

Compare the vial, service fee and usable supply

Temi’s semaglutide page (opens in a new tab) shows a California starting configuration of $59.99 for a 7.5 mg compounded vial plus a $39 prescription service, totaling a $98.99 authorization. Its tirzepatide page (opens in a new tab) shows $104.99 for an 8.5 mg vial plus the same service fee, totaling $143.99. These are selected vial configurations, not universal monthly treatment prices.

The pages vary pharmacy, additive, concentration and vial size. They also distinguish time after puncture from the unopened beyond-use date. A large vial does not automatically provide months of usable treatment. Ask the prescriber and pharmacy to confirm the supplied quantity, handling instructions and refill schedule; our billing guide helps compare the actual payment and supply.

The optional membership covers review fees, not medication

The Temi Care page (opens in a new tab) lists $449 per year. It includes the $39 prescription service on eligible compounded orders and waives listed fees for eligible noncontrolled refills and new prescriptions. The medication price remains separate. The homepage’s $15 refill and $79 new-prescription fees should not be confused with the compounded GLP-1 service.

Temi’s terms (opens in a new tab) make membership automatically renewable at the applicable renewal price, with advance notification and cancellation effective after the paid period. Its FAQ separately says prescription renewals require a patient-submitted request and fresh review. Automatic membership billing and a new medication request are different events; ask which benefits apply before buying annual access.

State access and pharmacy choices need individual confirmation

The FAQ (opens in a new tab) limits physical patient location to thirteen named states, even though product selectors display a broader state list. Confirm the state where you will receive care, not merely the delivery address. A selectable state is not sufficient evidence that a clinician can accept your request there.

The injectable pages name Scripts Rx, Belmar and Red Rock configurations. These are disclosed options, not confirmation of the pharmacy that will fill every order. The terms identify Self Systems as the platform and distinguish affiliated professional care. Use our pharmacy checklist to verify the actual prescriber, dispensing facility and formulation. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.

A declined prescription can still leave a review fee

The product pages describe an initial card hold and charging when the clinician decides, or shortly before the hold expires within seven days. If a request closes before any review, the hold is released. A clinician’s decision not to prescribe leaves the review fee payable, while medication is not charged without a prescription.

The refund terms (opens in a new tab) allow a dissatisfied patient to request the applicable visit-fee refund, but medication becomes final sale once the order is transmitted to the dispensing pharmacy. Lost, damaged or undelivered medication needs investigation. A refund alone does not cancel membership. Our refund checklist helps separate those obligations.

Who should compare Temi?

Temi may be useful to someone who wants pharmacy-specific vial choices and separate prescription-review pricing. Its published configurations provide more detail than an unexplained monthly starting price. They still require careful comparison of clinical eligibility, the chosen formulation and how much medication can actually be used before the applicable discard date.

The main questions are the total for your state and dose, the recurring review requirement and whether annual membership makes sense for your expected requests. Do not treat general medication testimonials as firsthand reviews of Temi care or evidence of your likely result. Confirm follow-up access and any testing costs before committing to a prescription arrangement.

What stands out

  • Separates prescription-review fees from pharmacy-specific vial amounts
  • Names pharmacy and formulation choices
  • Explains clinical-decline fees and optional membership

What to check

  • Starting California configurations are not monthly maintenance quotes
  • FAQ state eligibility is narrower than the product selector
  • Medication is generally final after pharmacy transmission; membership cancellation is separate

Sources and review scope

Public information checked in November 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
