The $183 and $266 prices require quarterly payment
SUROS Rx offers two billing choices for each GLP-1 treatment. The semaglutide page (opens in a new tab) lists $199 charged each month or $549 charged upfront every three months. The latter works out to $183 a month, but it is not a $183 monthly purchase. The monthly plan describes one vial each month; the quarterly plan describes a three-vial supply for three months, at the strengths prescribed.
The tirzepatide page (opens in a new tab) lists $299 monthly or $798 upfront every three months, a $266 monthly equivalent. It expressly says the tirzepatide price is the same at every prescribed strength. For three months at the published rates, quarterly payment is $48 less for semaglutide or $99 less for tirzepatide than three separate monthly charges. That saving comes with the larger initial payment.
What is included, and what still needs a quote
Both treatment pages include messaging with the care team through the patient portal. An online visit asks for health history, current medication and treatment goals; a licensed clinician decides whether a prescription is appropriate. Selecting a product does not guarantee that it will be prescribed, and the vial illustration is not a dosing instruction.
The terms (opens in a new tab) say services obtained outside the platform may be charged separately. The published plan figures should therefore be checked against the complete order: medication and supply period, shipping, any testing and any outside visit. Our guide to GLP-1 lab costs explains what to ask before assuming a quoted plan covers every test.
Named clinical and pharmacy contacts
The FAQ (opens in a new tab) identifies Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC as the clinical affiliation and The Pharmacy Hub as a fulfillment partner. It also says another licensed U.S. pharmacy may compound and dispense the prescribed medication, with the dispensing pharmacy identified during care. Those are useful contacts, but they do not establish which facility will prepare your own order.
Ask for the treating clinician and the actual dispensing pharmacy before payment or shipment, then use the pharmacy verification checklist. A platform partnership is not FDA approval of a compound, and naming a pharmacy is not an independent check of an individual prescription.
Nationwide service has product-specific limits
SUROS advertises service in all fifty states. Its FAQ immediately qualifies that statement: medications, formulations and fulfillment options can vary with state rules, provider licensing and pharmacy authorization. Confirm your state for the exact treatment rather than treating a nationwide platform claim as universal access to every product.
Treatment questions belong in the patient portal. General support is available by email, and the FAQ asks patients not to send sensitive medical details to that ordinary inbox. The reviewed pages do not promise a fixed approval, preparation or delivery time.
Stopping renewal is separate from requesting a refund
The cancellation policy (opens in a new tab) says an email received before the next charge stops that renewal. Include the account name and email address. It says no reason is required, and a delay in the confirmation email does not change when the request was received. Keep that record, especially before a quarterly renewal.
An order already charged is a separate request. The refund policy (opens in a new tab) reviews it according to processing, dispensing and shipping status, and does not guarantee cancellation or a refund after medication has been dispensed or shipped. Prescription products cannot be returned for reuse or resale. Read those conditions before paying for a quarter, rather than treating cancellation as a money-back promise.
Who should compare SUROS Rx?
SUROS is a straightforward comparison for someone deciding between a smaller monthly commitment and a lower quarterly equivalent. The named care contacts and clear distinction between renewal cancellation and refunds are useful. The unanswered questions are the complete cost of the selected order and the clinician and pharmacy assigned to it. Get those answers before choosing the longer billing period; a lower monthly equivalent alone is not enough.

Public information checked in November 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
