The lowest rate has a long-plan condition

Sipra advertises injectable semaglutide from $149 a month and tirzepatide from $199. A footnote identifies the $149 starting rate as the twelve-month-plan price. The total plan charge, rather than the monthly equivalent alone, is the number to compare before paying.

Payment and dose changes

The FAQ says the plan total is charged once after physician approval and includes follow-up, support and expedited shipping. It describes pricing based on plan length rather than prescribed dose, with notice before a changed renewal rate. Ask for the selected term’s total and how medication is shipped over that term.

Thirteen days is the practical cancellation deadline

Sipra says cancellation is available online, but stopping the next order requires at least thirteen days of notice before the paid period ends. An order sent to the pharmacy cannot be stopped. Leaving a six- or twelve-month plan early is subject to its terms, so cancel-anytime language is not an unconditional refund promise.

Keep oral offers separate

The catalog also markets SemaMelt and TirzaMelt dissolvable products and smaller-dose programs. These have separate prices and formulations. Ask why the clinician recommends the particular preparation, which pharmacy supplies it and what support is available; do not infer equivalence from a shared ingredient name.

What stands out

  • Discloses approval-before-charge and dose-price approach
  • Gives a specific online-cancellation cutoff

What to check

  • Lowest semaglutide headline requires twelve months
  • Long-plan early exit and pharmacy processing limit flexibility

Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
