In this review

Start with the visit fee, not the introductory price

Row Telehealth separates the first clinical visit from its ongoing program charge. An asynchronous review costs $30; a scheduled video visit costs $55. Its pricing page says this is a one-time fee, and a state’s rules can require video rather than asynchronous review. Laboratory testing is also separate. The $179 semaglutide introduction therefore does not represent every charge a new patient might pay.

Injection, oral and branded prices differ

The standard compounded semaglutide injection program is $179 for the first month and $299 per month afterward. Tirzepatide injections are $349 per month. Oral semaglutide and tirzepatide troches are listed at $249 and $279 monthly. Low-dose programs have their own prices; their lower amounts should not be substituted for the standard injection quotes.

Branded care costs $99 a month for the membership, with the retail or manufacturer pharmacy billing medication separately. The program names Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro, subject to clinical suitability and availability. This is not a $99 drug offer. Use the billing guide when comparing the combined visit, care and prescription costs.

Named clinical and pharmacy relationships

The site identifies Rely Telehealth Plus, Inc. as the company behind Row Telehealth, LocumTele as its clinical network and Rush Pharmacy as its compounded-prescription pharmacy partner. Branded prescriptions are described as the exception, using retail or manufacturer pharmacies. The site advertises nationwide clinician coverage, but the assigned provider must be able to treat the patient where they are physically located. Published names are useful for a pharmacy verification check, not independent certification.

Cancellation before dispensing differs from a return

The refund policy allows cancellation of future billing before renewal. Before medication is dispensed, it describes a refund of the billing cycle less any completed provider-visit fee where applicable. Dispensed or shipped medication is generally nonrefundable. Damaged or compromised deliveries must be reported within fourteen days for a replacement. A completed consultation remains payable when the clinician decides not to prescribe, while medication charges are refunded. Our refund checklist helps distinguish cancellation, nonapproval and delivery problems.

Think carefully before an annual commitment

The policy says annual plans are paid in full and generally cannot be refunded for unused time, while preserving a refund for medication paid for but never received. Live-video cancellation needs more than twenty-four hours’ notice to avoid a possible visit charge. Row is straightforward to compare only after adding the consultation and any outside medication or laboratory costs; readers who want a smaller commitment should distinguish a monthly program from the annual policy.

What stands out

  • Publishes recurring, introductory and consultation charges separately
  • Names its operating company, clinical network and pharmacy partner
  • Explains the distinction between compounded programs and branded care fees

What to check

  • Introductory semaglutide price excludes the separate initial consultation
  • Laboratory work and branded prescriptions add outside charges
  • Annual prepayments generally cannot be recovered simply by canceling

Sources and review scope

Public information checked in November 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
