Compare the term total with the monthly equivalent
Riovie’s injection page (opens in a new tab) lists semaglutide at $149 for a one-month plan or $345 for three months. The latter is a $115 monthly equivalent. Tirzepatide is $209 for one month or $585 for three, equivalent to $195 per month. Over three months, the listed longer-plan totals are $102 less for semaglutide and $42 less for tirzepatide than three separate one-month purchases.
That comparison assumes unchanged prices; it is not a promise of future savings. Confirm the amount collected today, subsequent charge dates and quantity dispensed before choosing the longer term. The terms (opens in a new tab) say payment frequency is disclosed before purchase and that plans renew automatically. A stated three-month total does not establish a monthly installment option or a particular vial size.
What comes with the injection plan
The program includes supplies, shipping, ongoing clinical monitoring, secure clinician messaging, scheduled check-ins and a digital nutrition guide. It advertises the same plan price across prescribed doses and eligible base, B12 or glycine formulations. The clinician determines the appropriate medication and formulation. Added ingredients should not be read as proof of better results than another preparation.
Riovie does not bill insurance. Its help page (opens in a new tab) says a clinician may recommend lab work, but does not establish that every recommended test is covered by the injection headline. Request a complete quote including any testing or optional medication. Our lab-cost guide helps identify costs that can sit outside a treatment package.
Named partners, with network-only fulfillment
The legal page identifies Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC as the provider group and VialsRX in Houston as its partner pharmacy. Riovie Operations LLC runs the platform and coordinates support; independent clinicians make treatment decisions. A named network is helpful, but ask who will prescribe and which facility will actually dispense your order.
Riovie says fulfillment stays within its pharmacy network and prescriptions are not transferred to an outside or local pharmacy. That limits pharmacy choice. The help page lists fifty states, while the legal disclosures qualify availability by clinical eligibility, provider licensing and pharmacy authorization. Confirm the selected formulation at your location, and use our pharmacy verification guide. Compounded medication is not FDA-approved.
Pause in the portal; cancel by email
The cancellation policy on the legal page distinguishes two actions: pause automatic refills in the patient portal, or email cancel@riovie.com to cancel membership. To stop the next charge, the cancellation request must arrive more than seventy-two hours before billing. A request inside that window does not stop the charge and takes effect at the end of the newly paid period.
Ordinary cancellation does not refund a term that has already begun. The refund policy makes limited exceptions for medical disqualification and pharmacy or lab errors; medication already dispensed or shipped remains nonrefundable. Check how the full three-month commitment applies if treatment ends early. Our billing-cycle guide explains why renewal dates and supply periods should be recorded separately.
Who should compare Riovie?
Riovie is a useful comparison for someone who wants visible term prices and named care partners. The one-month option creates a smaller initial commitment than the three-month offer. The main tradeoffs are automatic renewal, a firm cancellation deadline and network-only dispensing. Resolve the collection schedule, lab costs and individual pharmacy assignment before selecting the lower monthly equivalent.

- Prescriptions cannot be transferred to an outside pharmacy
- Testing and exact dispensing quantities need confirmation
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in November 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
