Starting prices are not a treatment quote

RightWell’s homepage (opens in a new tab) advertises injections starting at $159 and daily dissolving tablets starting at $258. Its FAQ says the exact program price depends on the treatment and medication prescribed and is provided after evaluation. Those starting figures do not establish a semaglutide or tirzepatide renewal price.

The homepage says program fees include medication, delivery and support. Request an itemized quote that identifies the molecule, formulation, dose, included supply and recurring charge. The tablet offer should not be assumed equivalent to an FDA-approved oral GLP-1 product; our compounded-medication guide explains the distinction.

The terms authorize four-week recurring charges

The homepage’s Terms & Conditions, section 15, authorize automatic subscription charges every four weeks. The help article on the care process (opens in a new tab) describes a four-week supply but calls ongoing billing monthly. Use the written four-week authorization when asking how often your plan renews.

The terms allow cancellation before the current subscription period ends and say payment-authorization changes or termination must be emailed at least three days before the next billing date. Ask for confirmation that both the subscription and next medication order are stopped. Our billing guide explains why four-week and calendar-month prices differ.

The guarantee covers membership fees, with conditions

Section 17 of the homepage terms (opens in a new tab) limits the four-month weight-loss guarantee to eligible membership fees. It excludes medication, pharmacy, shipping, laboratory and other third-party costs. A bundled program price therefore does not tell you how much would actually be refundable.

Eligibility includes being a new patient, recording a starting weight, taking at least 16 weekly doses consistently, avoiding outside weight-loss drugs or programs and not reaching the stated 10% loss threshold. A claim must be made within 14 days after the fourth month and supported by a clinician letter or the specified verification video. These are conditions, not a prediction of your result.

RightWell coordinates care; clinicians prescribe

The homepage disclosures (opens in a new tab) identify Prescribey, Inc., doing business as RightWell, as a nonclinical patient-management platform. The terms describe Telegra’s technology and administrative role and independent medical practices making clinical decisions; the homepage also references CareValidate. Confirm which practice and licensed clinician will provide your care.

The help center directs medical questions to the patient-portal clinical team (opens in a new tab). It says messages can be sent at any time and answered when the team is able, which is different from a guaranteed immediate clinician response. The pages reviewed do not establish your assigned dispensing pharmacy or a complete current state-access list.

Check the refundable amount before you commit

The terms say patients not medically approved after intake receive an automatic full refund. If a provider advises stopping for side effects or contraindications, a prorated partial refund may be available. This is a separate provision from the conditional four-month membership-fee guarantee; our refund guide helps separate those situations.

RightWell offers a described support pathway and detailed guarantee conditions, but the useful comparison is your actual four-week plan: prescribed product, total renewal charge, clinical follow-up and amount at risk if you stop. Ask for those details before deciding whether its starting offer fits your budget; use our provider checklist to compare alternatives.

Public information checked in November 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
