A small Arizona practice with a defined service area
Phoenix NP’s current homepage (opens in a new tab) limits services to female patients in Arizona and describes a fully remote practice. It names founder Jenny Vu, NP, as the provider patients see for each appointment. That continuity is a stated service feature, not a firsthand assessment of care. The about page (opens in a new tab) identifies the listed Phoenix address as a mailing address rather than a treatment office.
Separate the care subscription from the prescription
The pricing page (opens in a new tab) sets the care fee at $99 every four weeks, without a setup fee. Medication and injection supplies are extra. The current program lists brand Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo; older compounded-plan material should not be used as its current offer. Prescriptions go through NovoCare or LillyDirect routes, which contact patients separately for payment and delivery.
The practice lists Wegovy injection medication at $349 and a combined $448 per four weeks. Oral Wegovy starts at a listed $149 medication cost, but the table places the 4 mg strength in both the $149 and $199 rows. Confirm the actual prescription price rather than resolving that contradiction yourself. The pharmacy’s supply and payment timing should also be checked separately from the four-week care renewal.
Zepbound examples include an additional supplies charge
The live price table lists Zepbound vial medication at $299, $399 or $449, plus $5 for supplies and the $99 care fee. Its combined examples are $403, $503 and $553 per four weeks. Higher-dose pricing is qualified by a refill-within-forty-five-days condition. These are the practice’s illustrations, not independently guaranteed pharmacy quotes or a prescribed dose progression. Our billing guide explains the recurring-cycle difference.
What the care fee covers
The homepage describes phone or video appointments, unlimited messages and follow-ups without an additional appointment fee. The about page explains that the practice can help communicate with the dispensing service if a patient has a medication-order problem. It is private pay, does not accept medical insurance for its services and says it cannot handle insurance prior authorizations. Do not assume a care subscription includes drug coverage or an insurance appeal.
Cancellation does not always refund the last payment
The pricing policy deducts a $5 processing fee if you cancel before the initial consultation, while promising the full first payment back if the clinician cannot accept you for treatment. It makes payment nonrefundable after consultation and prescription submission. A renewal refund requires notice within forty-eight hours of the charge and no prescription renewal already submitted. Those conditions are separate from its no-long-term-commitment promise.
This is a focused option for eligible Arizona patients who value a named ongoing provider and can pay separately for a brand prescription. Confirm the pill-price discrepancy and the next care and pharmacy charge dates before enrolling. Canceling care and canceling a medication order are different tasks; our refund guide helps separate them.
What stands out
- Names the ongoing provider and limits the service area clearly
- Separates care fees from manufacturer-route medication payments
- Publishes specific initial and renewal refund conditions
What to check
- Limited to female patients in Arizona
- Wegovy pill table gives two prices for the 4 mg strength
- Care renews every four weeks and insurance prior authorization is not offered

Public information checked in November 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
