Monthly GLP-1 membership with clinical follow-ups and coaching. Published medication cards show prices, but dose limits, testing charges and cancellation timing need a written quote.

The medication cards show $170 and $250 monthly
PharmSourced’s homepage (opens in a new tab) displays compounded semaglutide injections at $170 monthly and compounded tirzepatide injections at $250 monthly. These figures appear in image cards rather than the surrounding pricing text. A separate card lists compounded oral semaglutide at $170, but does not itself establish the supplied period. Do not assume the oral and injected products have interchangeable effects or terms.
The page says pricing is based on an average maximum dose and covers increases for most patients. That wording leaves an important limit: obtain the price for your prescribed strength, the quantity supplied and any higher-dose exception. The service terms (opens in a new tab) describe automatic renewal at the selected offer’s interval. Ask for the amount due now and the next billing date; our billing-cycle guide explains why a monthly label alone is not a full payment schedule.
What the membership includes
The homepage includes a licensed-provider consultation, follow-ups, live health-coach guidance, medication, injection supplies and shipping. It also advertises unlimited telehealth visits and no long-term commitment. The clinician still decides whether treatment is appropriate; a quick survey is an alternative entry route in some states, not a guaranteed prescription or permission to skip required medical review.
The payment consent (opens in a new tab) separately discusses laboratory charges, uncovered services and a $30 fee for missed appointments or cancellation with less than twenty-four hours’ notice. The terms also allow applicable taxes, despite the homepage’s all-inclusive message. Confirm which tests, fees and services sit outside your selected medication membership. Our lab-cost checklist can help organize those questions.
Pharmacy choice can change the total
The terms identify PharmSourced Health & Weight Loss LLC as the platform and name affiliated medical groups, including Epic Health & Beauty of Arizona and Alina Telehealth Services of Texas. Those disclosures do not identify the individual practitioner assigned to you. The telehealth consent (opens in a new tab) says the treating provider must be authorized where you are located.
The consent permits a pharmacy of your choice, but the terms say an outside pharmacy’s medication charge is additional to the PharmSourced subscription. Ask how that choice affects the bundled price and which pharmacy would otherwise dispense your order. Our pharmacy verification guide explains what to check. Compounded medication is not FDA-approved, and a pharmacy’s license is not approval of a finished compounded product.
Canceling does not guarantee a refund
The terms direct cancellation requests to info@PharmSourced.com and say cancellation takes effect within twenty-four hours of processing. That is not a promise to process a last-minute request before the next charge. Fees incurred before cancellation remain payable, and access to the platform, providers and medication is described as ending immediately when cancellation takes effect.
Subscription fees are generally nonrefundable unless another rule applies. The terms invite patients to contact support about an inadvertent next-period charge near cancellation, but do not promise every such request succeeds. Get the deadline and confirmation in writing before stopping care, and arrange continuing treatment with the clinician rather than assuming cancellation preserves portal access.
Who should compare PharmSourced?
PharmSourced may suit someone who values coaching alongside virtual prescribing and wants a published monthly medication starting point. Its main unresolved purchase questions are the applicable dose ceiling, exact supply and renewal interval, extra testing charges and dispensing assignment. The billing consent also treats the subscription and compounded GLP-1 charges as self-pay obligations, so do not assume insurance covers them. Resolve those details before relying on an all-inclusive headline.

Sources and review scope
Public information checked in November 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
