One80Rx review

By · Updated

One80Rx advertises a $129 starting headline and bundled follow-up, but neither that headline nor its cancel-anytime messaging establishes the final prescription agreement.

Not rated. This review examines published program information; it is not a firsthand treatment review.

The $129 starting claim has limits

One80Rx’s homepage advertises programs from $129 a month and no medication charge if the applicant is not approved. The semaglutide page instead asks readers to obtain a consultation and does not tie that figure to a particular medication or supply. Ask for the first charge, recurring amount and quantity; the headline alone cannot establish a comparable monthly drug cost.

What the program says it includes

The treatment page describes medication, dose adjustments, check-ins, clinician messaging and delivery within a flat-rate model without consultation or dose-change fees. One80Rx LLC is identified in the terms, and its contact page lists Tampa, Florida, weekday hours and a support phone number. The platform itself does not prescribe or dispense. Obtain your clinician and pharmacy identities rather than treating the platform’s address as a clinical credential.

Cancel-anytime does not settle the deadline

The semaglutide FAQ requires 30 days of notice, whereas the terms describe disabling auto-refill at least 48 hours before processing and recurring charges every 30 days. Initial-order cancellation also has a separate 24-hour limit before receipt by the provider network. Ask for the applicable deadline before the first charge and keep a cancellation acknowledgement.

Our assessment

One80Rx has enough published service and billing detail to evaluate, but not enough to call the $129 headline an all-in quote for either drug. It may fit someone who wants a bundled care model after obtaining the missing total and consistent terms. This is a public-source review, without a tested enrollment or patient outcome. Compounded products are not FDA-approved.

What stands out

  • Describes follow-up, adjustments and messaging
  • Provides operator and support details

What to check

  • Headline price is not medication-specific
  • Cancellation FAQ and terms conflict

Sources and review scope

Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
