The starter-kit discount ends
MaxLife’s semaglutide page advertises a three-month starter kit at $267, equivalent to $89 a month, followed by $155 a month. The page also lists a $155 monthly option. The introductory equivalent is therefore not the ongoing rate to use for a long-term budget.
FDA warning letter: February 20, 2026
FDA issued warning letter 721453 to MaxLife Technologies Inc. dba Maxlife on February 20, 2026, concerning maxlife.com content reviewed in December 2025. FDA cited misleading compounder-identification labels and claims implying the compounded products were generic, FDA-approved or evaluated like approved brands.
The letter is part of the provider’s regulatory history and belongs alongside its pricing information. It does not establish the condition of a current patient’s prescription or whether the company later corrected the cited claims. This check did not establish a subsequent FDA closeout or acceptance of corrective action.
Included supplies and clinical review
The page describes medication, injection supplies and priority shipping. It says clinicians review the medical history, with video visits where state requirements apply. Named pharmacy partners include Hallandale, Red Rock and Strive; ask which one will dispense your prescription.
Cancellation needs unusually early planning
The product page requests cancellation 30 days before the next billing date and says medication is nonrefundable. Put that cutoff beside the renewal date before purchasing a kit. Confirm how the notice requirement works if the next refill is already being prepared.
Keep the comparison medication-specific
A tirzepatide starting amount appears on the semaglutide page, but its complete plan terms were not established here. Do not carry over the semaglutide starter-kit rules. Request a separate quote and ask how dose changes, treatment interruptions and remaining supply affect charges.
What stands out
- Starter and ongoing semaglutide rates are distinguishable
- Pharmacy partners are named
What to check
- Thirty-day cancellation notice requires planning
- Tirzepatide terms need separate confirmation
- Dated FDA warning-letter context warrants review
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
