What Slim actually is
MangoRx presents Slim as a daily, mint-flavored dissolving tablet combining semaglutide and vitamin B6. The product page lists $299 and describes monthly delivery. Confirm the number of tablets and renewal amount before treating that headline as your complete monthly bill. This is an oral compound, not a verified offer for a branded semaglutide tablet.
Convenience does not establish equivalent results
Avoiding injections is the clear practical distinction. It does not establish that this formulation produces the results of injected semaglutide studied in large trials. MangoRx’s own disclosure says clinical data for FDA-approved drugs may not apply to its compounds. The page also makes claims about B6 and nausea; the marketing alone does not establish that Slim will reduce your side effects.
Check the consultation exception
The refund page advertises free provider visits but also says patients who are not suitable for GLP-1 treatment after an appointment may owe $80 for video or $70 for phone consultation. It specifies an $80 late-cancellation/no-show charge, with at least 24 hours’ notice requested. Ask which terms apply to your appointment before booking; a no-prescription decision is not necessarily a no-charge decision.
Refunds and who handles care
Its January 2025 refund policy allows consideration of prescription refunds for dispensing errors or cancellation before filling, subject to the cancellation rules. It requests refund claims within 30 days and shipping-damage reports within seven days. These conditions are more useful than a general promise of no hidden fees. The legal material identifies Mangoceuticals, Inc.; the refund policy also names CareValidate. Neither establishes which pharmacy will fill your individual prescription.
What stands out
- Needle-free formulation is clearly identified
- Published consultation and refund rules
What to check
- Compound-specific effectiveness cannot be inferred from branded-drug trials
- Consultation exceptions complicate the free-visit headline
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
