These are annual-plan prices
JustAnswer’s weight-loss landing page lists semaglutide at $112.49 and tirzepatide at $195.82 per month with an annual-plan requirement. Multiplying those rounded figures by 12 gives $1,349.88 and $2,349.84. These are calculations, not confirmed checkout amounts. The public page does not establish whether the full amount is collected upfront, whether rounding changes the total, or how unused months are refunded.
What the program includes
The offer combines an online health consultation, prescription review and delivery, with clinical support and refill management. Enrollment does not guarantee a prescription. The terms identify JustAnswer LLC as the platform operator and allow patients to request a different pharmacy before completing an order. This weight-loss service should be evaluated on its own terms rather than confused with the company’s general question-answering membership.
The refund policy has an important limit
The pharmacy refund policy says prescription sales become final after payment and handoff to the carrier, and it permits subscription changes before shipment through the account. It provides a support route for damaged or lost orders. That does not answer what happens to an annual plan’s later, unshipped supplies; obtain that answer in writing before accepting the annual commitment.
Confirm the pharmacy and shipping instructions
The policy lists a JustAnswer LLC/Manifest Pharmacy return address in Greer, South Carolina. A return address does not prove that pharmacy will dispense your GLP-1 prescription. The same general policy says it does not ship refrigerated products, which needs clarification for the actual formulation offered. Request the pharmacy name, product-specific storage instructions and delivery requirements, rather than applying a general pharmacy page to every prescription.
What stands out
- Annual-plan restriction is visible
- Consultation and delivery are part of the advertised offer
What to check
- Full payment timing and unused-term refunds unresolved
- General shipping policy needs product-specific clarification
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
