Compare the published totals

Helios Meds’ semaglutide page lists one-, three-, six- and twelve-month options at $149.99, $448.41, $870 and $1,668. The annual equivalent is $139 a month, but the initial financial commitment may be much larger than the one-month option. Confirm when the total is charged.

Medication details still matter

A plan length is not a substitute for a prescription-specific quantity. Ask about formulation, concentration, included dose range and shipment schedule. If a clinician changes treatment during a longer term, the remaining supply and financial terms need to be clear.

Clinical review and delivery

Helios describes physician review before prescribing and includes delivery in its public offer. These are useful inclusions, but the reviewed product page does not establish the individual medical group, dispensing pharmacy or current state restrictions for a particular patient.

Who should clarify the longer options?

Anyone considering prepayment should obtain the renewal, cancellation and unused-medication rules in writing. The small difference between shorter and longer equivalents may not justify a loss of flexibility for a new patient. A separate tirzepatide price was not verified and should not be inferred from the semaglutide ladder.

What stands out

  • Multiple semaglutide purchase totals are explicit
  • Delivery is described as included

What to check

  • Long-term billing and refund details need confirmation
  • Exact formulation and pharmacy require a patient-specific quote

Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
