Treatment formats
Compounded semaglutide with B12 and tirzepatide with B6 injections.

No separate membership fee on the GLP-1 product pages. Longer supplies are paid as a total, not as the displayed monthly equivalent.

Compare the amount due, not just the monthly equivalent

The one-month product pages list semaglutide at $169 and tirzepatide at $239. They also show three-month options at $429 and $599. The lower monthly equivalents require the larger purchase; the semaglutide headline of about $143 a month comes from dividing $429 by three.

The semaglutide page says the price is the same across its listed prescribed doses. That is a statement about this product, not proof that any requested dose will be approved. Both products require a clinician’s decision before medication is dispensed.

Payment and the approval decision

Current product copy says an order places a hold on the card and the charge is made after clinician approval. It promises a full refund if treatment is declined. The refund policy likewise states that a declined patient is refunded in full.

After medication is dispensed, the policy generally excludes returns and refunds. Damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders are treated separately: support may replace or refund an error.

Care, pharmacy and shipping

The product pages include provider evaluation, prescribed medication and delivery without a separate membership fee. The terms name Sage Meds, LLC, doing business as Happy Care Meds, as the operator. They describe access to medical services through Qualiphy and identify The Pharmacy Hub for prescription fulfillment.

The current footer excludes Alabama and Mississippi and says availability otherwise varies by treatment. Check the actual clinician and dispensing pharmacy attached to your order rather than treating those platform disclosures as an individual license check.

Check the order’s renewal setting

The refund policy contains subscription rules as well as general prescription-order rules. For subscriptions it requires cancellation at least three days before renewal, with no refund for a partially used period. Confirm whether your GLP-1 purchase renews automatically and save the order summary. A general subscription clause alone does not establish that every item in the catalog has recurring billing.

What stands out

  • One- and three-month totals are visible
  • Current policy promises full refund if treatment is declined
  • Product pages include consultation and delivery

What to check

  • Dispensed prescriptions generally cannot be refunded
  • General subscription terms need matching to the selected order

Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
