Prices increase with the prescribed dose tier
Gentle Health’s semaglutide page (opens in a new tab) lists $135 monthly for its starting tier, $159 for the middle tier and $199 for the highest published tier. Its tirzepatide page (opens in a new tab) lists $169, $219 and $269 respectively. These are tiered compounded injection programs, not one flat price across every prescribed dose. The clinician determines the appropriate treatment; the lowest price should not be used to estimate an entire course.
Both product pages show a two-month minimum. At unchanged starting-tier prices, two payments would total $270 for semaglutide or $338 for tirzepatide, but that illustration does not guarantee the same tier remains clinically appropriate. Confirm the quantity and supplied weeks, amount due initially and subsequent payment dates before enrollment. The published monthly billing terms do not specify the vial quantity for every individual prescription.
The compounded commitment differs from branded care
The current terms (opens in a new tab) contain a broad no-minimum statement, but their detailed subscription section explicitly requires a second monthly payment for compounded medication before cancellation. It also says cancellation can occur thirty days after each refill request. Read that specific rule with the product pages’ two-month minimum, and obtain the date on which your own cancellation would stop billing.
Branded care is different: the program advertises $28 a month for the doctor’s care, while medication is bought and paid for separately through NovoCare or LillyDirect. That $28 is not a Wegovy or Zepbound medication price. The terms give branded care no minimum or waiting period. Keep the two payment models separate when comparing the complete cost.
Included care and named dispensing options
The compounded pages include injection supplies, anti-nausea medication if needed, unlimited messaging and video visits, and refrigerated delivery. They identify James Simmons as the prescribing doctor and list AllMedRx Specialty Pharmacy, Premium Compounding Pharmacy and Absolute Pharmacy as dispensing options. Those are the program’s disclosures, not independent verification of credentials or proof of your own pharmacy assignment.
Ask which facility will dispense your prescription and whether any requested laboratory work is included. Our pharmacy verification guide and lab-cost checklist explain how to confirm those details. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved; trial results and approved indications for a branded drug should not be treated as verified results or approved uses for Gentle’s compounded formulation.
Review comes before a charge
The terms say the intake and initial doctor review or visit are free. Compounded care starts billing when the first medication shipment is requested. Branded care starts when the doctor writes the prescription, or when a patient who chose to pay after review returns to pay. Neither pathway guarantees that treatment will be appropriate.
Subsequent payments recur on the same date each month, using the last day of a shorter month where necessary. The terms say medication or price changes require acceptance of new terms before the next relevant order or billing change. Compare those dates with delivery timing using our billing-cycle guide; a shipment request and a payment are related but distinct events.
Cancellation does not refund the current month
The terms say cancellation stops future billing immediately once the applicable minimum and refill timing rules permit it. The remainder of the current paid month is not refunded. After an order or prescription has reached the pharmacy, refund requests are handled case by case through support. Confirm the actual cancellation date before requesting another compounded refill.
Gentle is a useful comparison for readers who want a published dose ladder and direct access to a named physician. The main tradeoffs are rising tier prices, the compounded minimum and the separate drug cost for branded care. Its forty-states-and-D.C. claim still requires an individual location check; membership should not be assumed available for every medication in every state.
What stands out
- Publishes dose-tier prices for both compounded injections
- Names a doctor and three pharmacy options
- Separates branded doctor-care fees from medication purchases
What to check
- Compounded prices rise by dose tier
- Two-payment minimum and refill timing restrict compounded cancellation
- Broad no-minimum wording needs to be read with the specific compounded rule
- Current paid month is not refunded; later pharmacy-stage refunds are discretionary

Public information checked in November 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
