EverPrime and Enhance.MD
EverPrime offers online evaluation for compounded GLP-1 injections, with standard prices and an optional paid membership. Its September 16, 2026 terms identify Enhance.MD, LLC as the platform operator and expressly include EverPrime. The relationship is documented, but the EverPrime offers should be compared on their own terms rather than assumed to match an older Enhance.MD plan.
Compare the full price, not the member drug rate
The semaglutide page lists standard monthly equivalents of $249, $237, $224 and $214 for one-, three-, six- and twelve-month plans. Member medication rates are $150, $138, $125 and $115. Tirzepatide lists $329, $313, $296 and $280 at standard pricing, or $230, $214, $197 and $180 for members. Both pages advertise the same pricing across doses and medication delivery every four weeks.
Membership adds $99 a month. At the one-month rates, medication plus membership works out to $249 for semaglutide or $329 for tirzepatide—the same as the standard one-month price. The $115 and $180 headlines are twelve-month member medication rates, not complete treatment prices. Confirm the amount charged today, number of deliveries and renewal schedule before paying.
The prepaid membership term needs clarification
EverPrime says membership is optional and paid upfront, with medication charged separately. However, its FAQ says the membership term follows the treatment plan and then gives an example in which a three-month medication plan triggers a twelve-month membership charge. Those statements do not establish a dependable upfront total. Get the membership duration and full charge in writing rather than multiplying the advertised monthly figure by an assumed term.
What the care plan includes
The semaglutide page includes an initial video visit, ongoing support, six-monthly metabolic testing, injection supplies and shipping. The tirzepatide page specifies video visits every 90 days and metabolic testing every six months. Membership adds nutrition counseling and included provider visits. Required labs are described as included for members and nonmembers, with an exception: in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island, EverPrime offers a $50 discount instead of paying the laboratory directly. Confirm your own laboratory charge.
The terms name Enhance Wellness, PC, EnhanceMD CA, PC and iThriveMD, PC as medical groups, and list pharmacy partners including Rite-Away, Vios and TruMedsRx. That does not identify your assigned clinician or dispensing pharmacy. The general FAQ says pharmacy assignment varies by treatment and location. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved; a listed pharmacy or testing claim is not FDA approval of the prescription.
Cancellation and delivery conditions
The shipping policy asks for at least 24 hours of notice before the next billing date to skip or cancel a shipment. It also says an order cannot be canceled or refunded once pharmacy preparation begins, and promises a full refund if the provider determines treatment is unsuitable. Separately, the membership FAQ calls prepaid membership and treatment payments non-refundable. Clarify which clause applies to your selected plan, particularly before prepaying several months.
Two-day shipping starts after dispatch; medical review, lab work and pharmacy preparation take additional time. The policy requires damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries to be reported within 48 hours, with replacement subject to approval. For a package that arrives warm, frozen or damaged, it directs patients to contact the team before using the medication.
Who should compare this plan?
EverPrime is worth comparing if you want published follow-up and lab schedules alongside your prescription. Its membership may be useful for nutrition counseling or other included visits, but the lower drug rate alone does not establish a lower total cost. The main reservation is the unclear prepaid membership term and overlapping refund language. Resolve those details, state eligibility and the dispensing pharmacy before committing.
What stands out
- Publishes separate standard and member medication rates
- Specifies follow-up visits, lab testing and shipment schedules
- Membership is optional
What to check
- Member drug prices exclude a separate membership charge
- Membership FAQ gives inconsistent prepaid-term examples
- Refund language differs between membership and shipping pages
- State eligibility and assigned pharmacy require confirmation
Sources and review scope
Public information checked in October 2026. Prices and eligibility can change. We have not enrolled in treatment, independently tested medications or verified the licenses of the clinicians and pharmacies involved in an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; studies of approved brands do not establish that a compounded product has the same safety or effectiveness.
